Nice fine dining with Scottish flavours - The 7 courses tasting menu with flavours of Scotland was incredible tasty. Really recommend. - it isn’t crazily pricey considering that it is a fine dining restaurant . £80 for the 7 courses tasting menu - suitable for a date and special occasions. - booking required. It is quite small and gets really busy - toilet available and only street parking

The food is so good! I had the scallop strawberry kelp dish and the lobster creme brûlée. I should have taken pics it was so good. Their homemade bread was amazing too!

Great experience, pricey but in the economic side being a Michelin star restaurant. Excellent menu, incredible preparations and great service. If you're in Edinburgh and having these 7 course menus is your thing. You should visit the Wedgwood.

Amazing food. Amazing service. We were grateful they were able to fit us in for a late seating (I think we were just very lucky with timing, and reservations are required). Very imaginative menu highlighting some of the best quality ingredients you can find in Scotland. Lobster thermidor creme brulee and oyster snack were not only unique, but absolutely delicious. Scallop special with pickled strawberries was perfectly cooked and balanced. Chicken breast was also cooked perfectly, and the Highland ribeye was also delicious (cooked a bit past medium, but still tender, so I can't really complain at all). Sticky toffee pudding was excellent, especially with a glass of Pedro Ximinez sherry. Wine list is also excellent with high quality selections at various price points. Real standout was the Michelin level service through the entire meal. Top of our list for our next visit to Edinburgh.

Wow! We did the 8 course wee tour of Scotland and it was hands down the best food we’ve ever had. Several things on the menu I would have never ordered otherwise, so I’m delighted to have tried so many new foods cooked to perfection. In addition to the amazing food, our servers were incredibly attentive, very friendly, and would chat about the different foods we were tasting. Amazing experience and restaurant. We will make it a point to return anytime we’re in Edinburgh.

I came down from Arthur's Seat completely winded and picked a restaurant at random by looking for Scottish cuisine. The day prior had been my birthday but I was traveling all day and didn't get to enjoy it. The staff was lovely and when I left the food and wine up to the hostess/owner kept bringing hit after hit. I was seated right before a fully booked dinner rush but the service was not lacking despite the hurry.

Beautifully cooked and presented food that represents Scotland. Had the Wee Tour of Scotland tasting menu and enjoyed every bite of it. The kitchen is turning out well designed dishes and front of house has got the pace on point with the wine pairing and serving. Thoroughly enjoyable. Would return the next time I’m in the city.

A delicious tasting menu showcasing some fresh local ingredients, cooked well and not trying to be overly fussy for the sake of it. The highlights for me were the pork belly and scallops. A comfortable dining room and generally decent service, though it took a while to warm to our waitress who was quite cold on arrival, almost bordering rude - it also felt like there were some unresolved issues between the wait staff but they tried to keep it behind the scenes. This is mostly the reason for knocking off a star. We were seated close to the door which was quite distracting with the traffic in and out but was fine otherwise. A good wine pairing too, will certainly recommend if you’re looking for a nice evening trying some fantastic local produce.

Unfortunately disappointed. Overpriced. 140£ for the tasting menu and wines. Meat overcooked to my taste (that said no one ever asked how I liked my meat...). Portions were small. Wines are all too young, lacking "rondeur" or mouthfeel... The desserts were supermarket quality...

Decent restaurant with good food and friendly staff. We tried the deer and the salmon and the dishes were tasty and not too big, but just right. The wine and beer selection is rather limited and when we visited a number of bottles weren’t available at all. We rated the restaurant three, which for us means good, because we found the interior somewhat cold. Now, that is of course a matter of taste, so others may like it more than we did.
