Just a simple wee piece of advice...if u want some nice food and service, try somewhere else, u will have better chances
The service is shocking I have ordered 3 times and was told on all occasions it would take no longer than 1 hour it took almost 2 hours to come each time. when I called the shop the lady was rude and abrupt saying yes it’s on its way you can cancel if you want which is terrible customer service not real apology so I will definitely not go back.
Food was excellent, sweet and sour chicken balls, special curry, I've been looking for a new Chinese takeaway away and now I have one, service was great only problem is don't take cards ,cash or apple pay, I would recommend this place hopefully this helps.
Unfortunately we placed an order before having to leave for a theatre show. I telephoned to ask how long it may take before we received the order. The lady I spoke with was so rude. She said ‘your order is cooked, we have one more order to cook as it’s in the same area as you’. She then proceeded to say ”The quicker you get off the phone, the quicker it will be” No need for that! The order arrived in time to eat before leaving. Beef and Green pepper with black bean sauce was actually quite nice, wish I could say the same for the spare ribs in sauce. Due to the woman’s attitude means I won’t be using them again!
Got a Munchy box from here and it was a very good size. I also got chicken satay and it was a lot of food, and very well done. Plus they’re open pretty late which is great as many others close before my kids are asleep
The best chinese take away around by far food is amazing staff are freindly good delivery service puts the rest of the local ones to shame superb
Got an order from here to be served half Cooked chips. The chicken skewers were disgusting couldn't plate up a meal as the smell of and texture of the chicken was vile. will not order from here again very disappointed
Great food, especially loved the hot & spicy squid and crispy beef. Ordered delivery in advance for 19:35 and it arrived dead on 19:35, impressed! Will use again.
Sorry for the delay in getting back with my review still getting over the shock. I placed a order on Saturday £27. In the order where two chicken and sweet corn soups. 40 minutes later it came, after opening the bag one of the soups had burst open allover the rest of my order ( photo evidence ). Also the time I waited it was cold to the touch. Very disappointed.
