   Terrible Service & No Willingness to Help Really disappointing experience. I came in 30 minutes before closing and was told I had to order online. Fair enough — I tried. But the item I wanted wasn’t even available on the app. I went back to the counter and the staff were still rude and refused to serve me anyway. If a store is open, customers should be able to order. Instead I got attitude and zero effort to help. Domino’s needs to seriously improve their customer service — I won’t be coming back.

   Had an amazing experience in dominos today, was serviced by Keria and Rio, both amazing, very friendly, couldn’t fault them at all, the service was great and efficient. We ordered food off our phone, and it was ready in no time. Brilliant, Would definitely recommend. Pizza was amazing too.

   Freshly made, tasty, convenient and quick. Is quite expensive but that's standard for most big pizza brands. Could also be a bit more generous with the toppings, however this was a very well distributed pizza. A very recommendable experience.

   Felt like having Dominos pizza tonight got on line only to find out they don't deliver to westbury. Got the car drove all the way there checked my email, Pizza was ready to collect. At the shop was left waiting for more than 15m until one of the staff members, not the incompetent one that asked me twice what my name was and said it would only take a few more minutes. Another one went to look and found my pizza on the bottom shelf. I was out of words, the nice woman did apologise for the delay. She should apologise for the incompetence of her coleg instead. I came home with a cold pizza. Not the best first experience I must say. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of amazing hard working people working there but it only takes one to ruin someone's experience.

   Tonight we ordered two pizzas using the Two for Tuesday offer. We ordered a large Pepperoni Passion (Italian base) and a large Ultimate Spicy Sausage With Nduja (also Italian base). When they arrived, both pizzas were very oily and the bottom of each box was saturated with oil, meaning each pizza's base was too soft, making it difficult to hold a piece without the toppings sliding off into the box when you lifted one out, or slopping onto your plate when you picked one up. Neither pizza was round either, so whoever hand-stretched these must have been in a real rush! I know it's not essential or 'authentic', but these were misshapen and almost rectangular. I will defininitely think twice before ordering from here again, even though we have used them numerous times in the past. It used to be really good. I don't know what has changed, but something clearly has.

   Quick and efficient delivery to Marsh Farm caravan site The pizza? I had the American hot and it was superb, piled high with ingredients. I am allergic to cheese so if the base isn't done perfectly they are inedible, and with scrimped ingredients tasteless, but both my pizza and my wife's were perfect. I know it is a chain, and not fashionable to like it, but this was top notch and couldn't be faulted. Oh.. and a Monday half price deal. Definite and without reservation 5*
