I do not know why most chinese take a stupid picture of the menu that pepole cant evan read it daft coul u please put ir menu up properly so it dosent take me 15 min trying to explain what i wanted and at the end of it i didnt do what i wanted please adress this problem as it would probably bring u more customers thanx
Total waste of money - never again....why do is it assumed the UK doesn't know good from bad quality and we here have no taste buds. I ordered several dishes to get a variety of flavours. What arrived was tweaks/ variations of the same one dish - my impression was it was the same sauce and vege with a few additions to meet the description. The so called Red Thai dish was beyond disappointing and tasted identical to another dish in the main menu. Bland was an understatement and portion sizes were v small - I still have the empty containers from other restaurant meals twice the size . With no job I haven't eaten out for two years and this is a good reason not to. £30+ down the tubes
Got our order, which was very salty and not the usual standard. As I received it after closing time I called back today and was told that there was nothing wrong with their food, took it back in to show them it hasn't been eaten and they said it was fine. But that the char sui wasn't even what we ordered as they had added ham to it! Was refused a refund or any kind of compensation as they didn't think there was anything wrong with it, were very rude about the situation insinuating that I had added the ham. Were just rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend.
First and last time I order from this establishment!!!! Ordered the salt and chilli munchy box which was not only cold but bland. Could not taste and salt or chilli on anything. We also ordered the chicken satay skewers which were rubbery and look nothing like the picture which initially enticed me. Total waste of money. The highlight of the meal was the 3 complimentary prawn crackers!
Looks nice inside and staff were friendly. Food was on par and no issues. Nothing amazing but no problems either. The 'munchy box for one' ended up looking like a 'shake up everything in a box' disaster but that's more a packaging issue than a taste matter.
