   Blown away with the friendliness and sevice of the staff. So chatty and willing to help with my order. Particularly the man with the impeccable mustache and the person who I assume is his best friend (I think they are both managers as they both wear shirts) had my kids in and they were all so patient with them. Food was great, got free cheeky dip, would and will be coming again

   We spent nearly £30 and nearly every item had an issue - opening the XL fries actually made us laugh. Staff can be friendly depending on who is on shift but repeated issues with the accuracy of the order means we wont be back.

   Went this last week and it was great! Food was just what we wanted. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off. It’s a fast food place so expect fast food service and atmosphere. Two out of three of the self order kiosks weren’t working, but the staff were more than friendly and happy to take orders at the till which is unheard of these days. It was a bit messy when we walked in but someone came by and did a thorough clean after it died down a bit so they’re definitely on top of it when they can be.

   3/5 star maybe less. Took ages to get served, while we were waiting there was another person who had been served but never got his order. Staff all seemed super young. Place was a mess both front of house and what we could see off the kitchen. Tables were all wobbly and the restaurant seemed very tired and old. Volcano was actually quite nice but there was nothing volcano about it. For the price it was a little underwhelming. Here is the XL fries Vs Standard. Not much difference. The girl that served us seemed like a supervisor or similar. She was good.

   First impressions... for a new restaurant it was not very clean. There was crumbs and dried up bits of cheese along the back of seat and under the tables. Also the tables are wobbly and different heights... very poorly presented. The food was tasty but lukewarm at best, and the ratio of meat to salad/sour cream in the tacos was pathetic. I like Taco Bell but I think this one is letting the side down. I might give it another try in a month or so in the hope they have made some improvements.

   If I could give this review 0 stars I would, it was absolutely awful. I never write reviews, but need to for this one. Stay away from this place. Spent £32 for basically just wraps with no filling. Crunch wrap had no crunch. Chips were soggy. Also had to play a guessing game when dishing up, there were no labels so had no idea what was what, boyfriend who has beef with sour cream bit into a burrito with sour cream. Probably has more beef with sour cream than the tacos. It’s a no from me.

   Been twice and both times orders wrong / things missing. No point asking for dip as 80% of the already small tub is empty ! Tacos have about 10% meat and 90% lettuce. Portions are small and sloppy made ! Having been to Taco Bell in America , Taco Bell as a franchise should be embraced by the Cumbernauld store !

   Love a Taco Bell but this place is lacking a bit. Thought it was shut down from the outside. Staff are seemingly quite young and fairly “laid back”. Had to ask for a cup for my drink which I paid for. There was no ice and the Diet Pepsi had run out. The meal itself was OK. Chips seemed very heavily seasoned and the churros was a bit tough.

   Quick service and good food. I've never had a taco bell in the UK and I was pleasently surprised! You can use the machines at the front door or go in and order as the desk. There is no drive through at this branch!
