A lovely, leisurely guided cruise along the waterfront of the estate. We did the 45 minute cruise as we were taking our grandson and it was just about right for us. We saw Gerry Andersons old house and got a great view of Cliveden from the boat. Very clean, quiet boat, well skippered and well guided! We had the added benefit of being driven from the car park and back by Mark in his pristine electric cab which meant we had more energy to explore the gardens. What a godsend! Highly recommended.

Great fun with the 'cycle' boat on lovely stretch of the Thames. Relatively quiet and great views particularly of Cliveden. Good support from team running Boating at Cliveden. Thank you for an enjoyable hour.

Fantastic boat trip from Boating at Cliveden. We had a fab time exploring the river in the 5 seater electric launch boat. The river and itβs surroundings are stunningly pretty, and the boat itself was easy to get the hang of. We enjoyed ourselves so much that time flew by! We will definitely do this again, probably for longer next time!

The picnic area beside Boating at Cliveden was our destination, walking from the National Trust Woodland Car Park. The boating attraction is set beside the Victorian boathouse. Boating at Cliveden runs some (electric) launches up and down Cliveden Reach. We didnβt use them on this visit, but they look very stylish. The picnic area has several tables and benches beside a delightful stretch of the Thames. There is a coffee hut and some toilets. Itβs a delightful place to visit.

Lovely little 45 minute cruise along the Thames from Clivedon. Knowledgable chap in charge who was great to chat to and who gave plenty of local info as we cruised along. Lovely views of the river and heading back, of the mansion on the hill as well. If you fancy some peace and quiet go late in the afternoon, well worth the dreaded steps walking down and then back up again!!!

Good selection of motor, and manual boats. We took out a row boat for an hr at a cost of Β£25. Row boats can take 3 people. If you want to take more then I think the motor boat can take 5 or 6. We booked online. Quick and easy to do so. However you do need to pay for entry into the Cliveden house national trust. We are members.good view of t house from the river.

The most brilliant experience of an overall superb time at Cliveden. The vintage boats are spectacularly beautiful, and this section of the river is clean, quiet and gives a view of glorious countryside and wildlife - we saw herons, red kites, coots, moorhens and swans. Seeing Cliveden House coming into view on the way back was quite something.

Boating at Cliveden was truly excellent and good value for money. You don't need to be a National Trust Member but it helps. The staff are wonderful and made booking and amending bookings for a birthday surprise so easy. Nothing was too much trouble. The Boats are really nice and easy to handle. Electric driven, they hold 5 people and have comfortable padded seating with a table in the middle and a waterproof awning to pull up and over if rain appears. I recommend a minimum of 2 hours to enjoy the river and stop for picnic lunch. We needed wheelchair access and that was readily made available even though parking is severely limited at the Boathouse. There are picnic tables available while you wait near the Boathouse and there is an ice cream concession as well as toilets. Bring your own food and drink or buy at the NT cafe before walking down to the Boathouse and you'll have a great day out!
