Ordered salt and pepper Chips and it was like the food version of drinking sea water. Absolutely leathered in salt was unbareable felt like I was gonna have a heart attack
First time customer..hot &sour soup is to diee for..taken me years to find somewhere that does it as spicy as I like it since my last local closed down.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a specific item, but received something completely different. Instead of offering a proper apology or an easy solution, I was told to come back to the store to exchange it myself. This is especially frustrating because this is not my first order from this place — I have ordered here before and was always satisfied. Unfortunately, this time the service was unacceptable. The mistake was on their side, yet the inconvenience was entirely passed on to the customer. This level of service and attitude towards customers is very disappointing. What should have been a simple correction turned into an unnecessary problem. I expected much better, especially considering my previous positive experiences.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! The customer service is the worst I’ve EVER experienced. The review only let me leave 1 star minimum, otherwise it would have been 0 stars. Ordered from here tonight with my partner as our usual Chinese was closed. When the food arrived my partner’s order was right but mine was wrong so we phoned and asked for a replacement for mine. They said we couldn’t get a replacement and told us to keep the wrong meal and get a free one another time. We then asked for a refund and they said we’d have to go to the shop to get the refund ourselves even though we had got a delivery in the first place. What a disgusting way to treat your customers. Felt sorry for the girl in the shop dealing with the phone calls as her manager refused to come on the phone and let her deal with it instead. This is the worst takeaway service I’ve ever come across.

Best Chinese Takeaway in Glasgow, I have used this takeaway for over 10 years and it never disappoints the Food is ABSOLUTELY delicious nothing is too much trouble to prepare the food as you request it, Staff are Lovely especially JACKIE I am always greeted with a lovely telephone manner even when they are at their busiest. I highly Recommend the Sweet & Sour King Prawn Balls, Salt & chilli Ribs or Roast pork with green pepper in Black bean sauce OHHH and the Plain chicken wings i like them with lemon on them they are DELICIOUS TOO. looking forward to placing my Next Order very soon. Always get a great meal here with very fair portions. Food is never too greasy and the one time I had an issue with an order I contacted them on Facebook and was offered a free meal. Great service, my go to almost every Friday night.
Food is absolutely amazing, tasty and delicious, couldn't reccomend anywhere else
