   Well customer service for this establishment went south in a relatively short space of time. Called in my choices to be informed of price and that it would take 30mins to find they have difficulty fulfilling an order within their own timeframe. When I called to see where the order was nearly an hour later I was informed it hadn't even began so I was asked if I still required it and I stated no. Missed a call from them a bit later I was accused of phoning to cancel (when I called regards progress on) my order what order when it hadn't been started. I was informed it was now ready over an hour later from initial call when I said I no longer wanted it I was basically banned. If the establishment cannot uphold its end of the customer service contract why should I suffer their ego just to placate them. Looking at other reviews I don't seem to be the only customer experiencing difficulty with them. This is a surprise considering I was praising them highly on their customer service and quality of the food delivered this was only 3 months ago.

   Phoned in an order @18.22 on a Thursday night, told by the call handler the price asked how long it would be, informed 30 mins, OK, thank you! Time now 19.12 food delivery still hadn't arrived, called the shop to ask if the order was on its way? Call handler said to hold on a second, heard the call handler talking to someone, then they came back on the line to tell us that it was just being made??? That's when we requested the Order to be cancelled!! That's nearly an hour later and the food hadn't left the Kitchen let alone out for delivery!! You can't make up excuses that YOU are very busy I smell lies NOT FOOD!! Even If this was the case, why wasn't a call made to tell your customer, that the order is running late?? YOU have the phone number attached to the order!! You as an establishment are under licence to deliver cooked food in a speedy safe time, not cook it whenever you can be bothered. *Best part is we did receive a phone call from the delivery driver, saying we cancelled order!! No we called to ask if the order was on its way to us, it WASN'T! So the order was then cancelled!! So you can call the customer when you are so busy!! But not to let us know the order is running late, hmm. You can not do as you please whenever you please! You serve the public, well that's what your licence states!! Oh nearly forgot we are banned from calling the shop, oh bhoy I would laugh out loud but the menu was already binned!!

   Definitely the best chicken curry in the Shire, chips are crispy and moreish and rice is perfect. Visiting this place is a must!

   Used for the first time this week. Truthfully I wasn't expecting much but the food was by far some of the best Chinese takeaway Iv had in a very long time. I genuinely can't recommend it highly enough.

   My husband visited the shop and ordered a Malaysian curry with fried rice and chicken balls, chips and curry sauce. He was charged £23.70. When he returned home he stated the cost. He was obviously overcharged. The boy on the counter was hopeless. There was another lady in ordering her food and had to write it down herself as he didn't know what he was doing. I have never had a problem here before but it does make me think twice about ordering again

   £21 for two curries and crackers, didn't get a receipt on the bag so no idea what the delivery charge was, food wasn't great either, definitely wouldn't order again

   Hopeless at taking orders. The young girl taking orders gets it wrong 90% of the time, she needs to find another job or clean her ears out. When you phone back all you get is I repeated it back to you. Yes at a million miles per hour, you need to concentrate more when taking an order!
