Had a great experience with Emma getting my nose pierced again. Absolutely beautiful jewellery options and the studio is sterile clean! I've had my nose pierced 3 times before and Emma has been the only piercer that disinfected the jewellery and changed gloves after handling anything else. No irritation/swelling either - 10/10 experience!
I’ve been to Emma twice to get both a navel and nose piercing done and in my opinion, she’s the best in Birmingham. It’s everything from great hygiene, quality jewellery and top tier service. She’s super nice and informative guiding you through the care, willing to answer all questions. During the process she’s also very calm and careful which makes you feel at ease and makes the process less painful. Never had any issues and my piercings always heal well. 1000% recommend Emma Regan and will definitely be returning.

This was my first ever piercing, and it was such an amazing experience!!! The studio was clean and beautiful, and the process couldn't have been smoother. Emma gave great recommendations and aftercare tips; she even checked my ears and gave me very thorough advice for future piercings I said I wanted!! She was also very patient with me which I appreciated so so much, and was lovely to talk to through the whole appointment. On top of everything, my piercing is healing beautifully :) Can't wait to go back--almost immediately after I walked out of my appointment I started counting down the days til the next one!!
I got my septum pierced here a few months ago, Emma and her apprentice Kirsty were so lovely, and I felt relaxed the whole time. I’ve been to a few dodgy places in the past for piercings and they all had issues healing, but my septum had no issues healing at all. I will definitely be getting my future piercings here.
When I first came to see Emma, I just had 2 standard lobes few months ago and now I’ve had 11 piercings in total. I’m planning to get more done by her in the future because the service from Emma was superb. She was very professional, lovely and made me comfortable every time I got my ears pierced. She’s also very helpful to answer all my questions on social media too. Besides, the jewellery collection is amazing - lots of choice and if she doesn’t have jewellery you want, she’ll help you to order it. Kristy was really friendly too. Would highly recommend!
Have now had several piercings done by Emma in the last few months after a recommendation from a friend and will absolutely be using her for anymore in the future. She was lovely, made me feel comfortable and the studio is wonderfully clean and welcoming too! She has a brilliant selection of jewellery and has offered brilliant aftercare.
