   Absolutely fantastic in every way. The service was excellent the food was exceptional. We had a voucher for birthday Prosecco and a voucher for some money off. The staff applied the 12.5% service charge after all the discount had come off which is crazy as it left them with a very poor £1.50 tip! Sort that out management. We obviously left a proper tip as the servers, Tillie and Hannah were great and the food (fish pie) best I ever had! Reasonable price for the quality. Better than the Ivy!

   I had a wonderful experience at Bill’s Bath! The food was absolutely delicious — especially the Parmigiana and Halloumi Fries. What stood out even more was the exceptional service. Despite arriving just minutes before closing, the staff were genuinely welcoming, patient, and attentive, showing absolute professionalism and hospitality. Thank you to the team (and Matt, who took my order) for ending the evening positively. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

   Excellent service. Delicious food. We were served by a wonderful waitress Aninha, attentive, positive and fast. We took 3 courses from the menu and did not regret it. We will definitely visit Bill’s next time we are in Bath.

   I had an excellent experience during my visit! The food and drinks were top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. I particularly want to shout out to the server, who was speedy and professional—I wish I could remember his name! The atmosphere was perfect for enjoying the menu variety on offer. Overall, a fantastic time and I left feeling really satisfied!

   We came to bills bath on an extremely busy Friday, with graduation going on the crowds were everywhere! Despite this bills did not disappoint, eating out with a dairy allergy is always a difficult task. We used the QR code our server told us about to see exactly what everything included and we settled on a sharing platter for our starters a chicken schnitzel and a burger for the mains. The sharing platter came with dumplings which had dairy in, our server informed us of this and brought them over in an entirely different small dish so they did not contaminate the rest of the platter which was a lovely touch. Our waitress was able to put vegan cheese ontop of the burger we ordered which was also a lovely touch as it allowed my daughter to feel normal. Overall the service and attention to detail was wonderful and we definitely will be coming back, we are interested to try the salted caramel tart that is vegan!

   Simply loved their coffee and brunch. We had a Caesar Salad & Avocado Toast with Parched Eggs. The eggs on the toast were very well cooked and nicely decorated. I loved their Cafe Mocha. Their ambiance is amazing and their service is also very professional. You might need to make a reservation or wait for some time if you go there for lunch.

   Very nice place. It was a bit crowded but the staff was super friendly and they got us a table for 5 in like 2 minutes. Serving was quite fast, food was tasty and they also have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. Prices are also very good, portions are big and the place itself has a nice vibe. Bathrooms are also clean

   Great service and the restaurant has a nice buzz to it. Plenty of space inside too. Starters and desert was superb, but the steak for main was rather average. The rest of the mains in our party were good. I would definitely go again, but not for the steak.

   Reliable chain of restaurants with delicious food. I have been a customer of Bill's for a while and decided to try it in Bath when I was visiting. I went there for lunch and was impressed with the service and food quality. I have ordered chicken with egg on the top and must admit they have done an excellent job with a simple dish. The chicken was tender, in a crunchy coating. Their starter-fried calamari is one of the best I have ever tried. It was crispy, not dry, with a nice spicy twist. My partner's hamburger was juicy and full of flavours, and the fries were fresh with a unique seasoning - rosemary salt. I would recommend trying their refresher juice with cucumber and ginger.

   A fantastic evening's meal to draw birthday celebrations to a close. Service was excellent, drinks were fantastic and the food was to die for. Went with the veggie/vegan route tonight and was not disappointed. The cauliflower wings defy explanation, the halloumi fries are divine. The dirty vegan burger was just perfect - upgrade to the truffle cheese fries, your body will love you for it - and desert, apple and mincemeat crumble, was a joy from beginning to end. Great night, great food. Thank you too the team for making it such a wonderful experience.
