Ellie was absolutely fantastic and even got us to get our children’s ear pierced! She was kind, thoughtful and really took care of us. She engaged well with our children and made them feel comfortable. We would definitely come back to be served by her. Thank you Ellie!!
I was served by a lovely gentlemen he was so attentive with me and my daughter, he informed us of all the sales that are on at Claire’s. He is a great sales advisor and would just like to thank him for his service.
Terrible customer service at this Yardley store. Long story short, was overcharged for the items but staff refused to refund saying its their policy as some items had earrings... which was ridiculous because the purchase was made minutes before and within a few minutes of calculation I went back to the staff and said something doesn add up right but was told to come back another day and speak to the manager..how could i who wears a headscarf and at the spot would have used those earrings.. ridiculous! Plus it is staff's duty to check and inform the customer if somthing is not on offer .. which is what the staff did at another Claire's store. Frustrating!
Danny was really helpful, friendly and professional. She put my daughter at ease and talked her through the process of having her ears pierced. She was careful to check she felt OK between each lobe being pierced. It cost £30, but we also got a free pair of earrings every month for the next twelve months. Great service. Recommended.

Friendly one of the workers I think her name was samina she was so sweet and helped me find what I was looking for and was generally very nice !
Very expensive , the prices are becoming ridiculous. Obnoxious lady training a new member of staff who smelt really bad of body odour (the one doing the training ) . It was off putting ; I opted out of giving my email address for a discount so I could get out quicker but she practically forced me to give it to her. There was air conditioning on so there’s no need for the body odour .
Rang about nose piercing for my daughter no help at all and staff need too learn customer service skills
I took my twins today to spend money that they get for their bithday.and I’ve been told of by one of the staff.she said can u stop the kids from touching thing to be honest I was shocked I didn’t know how to answer to that (we had not even 1minute in the shop that was the first think the girls put their hands on)
