   Changing rooms need a deep clean.Green moss on tiles.Floor needs steam clean.Shower curtain hanging off. Increased fee’s on 1st April,what do we see for this increase? Such a shame as it lets place down.

   Ran down small gym in desperate need of renovation. Changing rooms are small and most lockers are broken. Everything in this place seem be installed at least 30 years ago and never improved since.

   Been going to Brookvake for years, from my children were small. Very friendly staff but the swim changing rooms need serious attention. Not only revamping but cleaning. Shower doors have obviously broken and been replaced by 2 black net see through shower curtains, completely inappropriate. I visited at 9.50 on a Monday morning and the changing rooms were dirty. This could not of possibly been from the people who had used it earlier that morning, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for days disgusting. In this day and age and post covid this is not acceptable, they should be deap cleaned once a week and then cleaned Properly daily and inspected regularly each day throughout the day. The council may be cutting back but the cleanliness of this area should be a priority.

   Attempted to swim on 3 occasions. First was limited to 40 minutes because the guard didn't want to stand there, the second wasn't available because of staffing issues and the time was "a privilege anyway" and the 3rd was refused because they were full. They had 35 people in! It is actually shocking and will be taking my money and service elsewhere.

   Good facilities, overall would recommend for sports mainly as I myself play in a five a side team every Monday , staff are well trained and very helpful. Especially as I had an incident there just over 2 weeks ago they were very quick to react and assess the situation and try to resolve asap. Overall brill experience I've had there with the football team.

   I have been a member here for many years and seen many changes. The gym has got good facilities accounting for number of members. Although small the changing rooms are adequate and don’t get busy. Limited number of cardio equipment and at peak times can be full. Free weights are good but again at peak times you wait your turn as only 2-3 benches and one of each machine. The change of authority running the place has been bad, staff hours cut, staff cuts, classes cuts, some of the experienced friendly staff have gone, I will give it 2 stars if I was things don’t get better but have given 3based on facilities and past experience.
