Had my first yoga session with Suzann. An experience which has set me on a journey whereby the small intimate classes are amazing, communication from Suzann is excellent and the class size gives the feel of a one on one tuition.
Wonderful experience here this week. Suzann is excellent at explaining the how and also the why, no rushing, no expectations or judgement. Space is wonderful and we were able to practice safely, maintaining social distancing and I was immediately at ease. Thank you, Suzann for a fantastic start to my day!
