Every week we're going to swim there. Pool is not very big, but safe for kids and clean. They have equipment to help people with disabilities.

This place is immaculately cleaned, warm and quiet. The staff here are respectful and helpful. This is an absolute godsend for people with disabilities / extra needs with amazing changing room facilities and very accessible. I can't show my appreciation enough. A world class facility and world class people running it. We love Bewsey Hub and appreciate everything you do for your community.

Lovely clean environment. Staff welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool not too big. Library stocks a wide variety of books with the opportunity to obtain others for you. Small computer suite and staff helpful.

Lovely pool for accessible and assisted swimming, need to book as they only allow so many in, wheelchair users can access the pool easily, water lovely and warm, but they could do with another assisted changing room only got one.

We have a 6 year old daughter with Autism and sensory needs so swimming is just something she truly adores! however when it comes to leaving the pool or simply trying to get her to keep her swimming costume on can be somewhat difficult, we had been told about the Dallam Hub and how the pool is smaller and quieter than others and how right they were, we were greeted by Chris on the front desk who helped us sign up the kids for new memberships and dealt with us in a lovely and professional manner, our daughter was desperate to get to the pool and our boy was being a tad awkward, this did not phase Chris at all and he helped us with everything. We were shown the disabled room which was brilliant as our little one does like to have the odd meltdown and it was right on the side of the pool so we could scoot into there should we need to. We went into the pool and met Coral the lifeguard who totally understood our daughters needs and was truly understanding, this made us feel so much at ease, thankfully our little girl kept her costume on and proceeded to constantly get in and out of the water having such a good time, everyone else in the pool were simply lovely too and could see just how much fun the kids were having, Coral showed so much support to both of our children and encouraged them with their swimming. The swim session was simply fantastic, calm, fun and ticked every box we could ask for, and to top it all our daughter then proceeded to get out of the pool with not much stress and used the loo properly for the first time!! Today was a good day and it was certainly helped by the Dallam hub and the lovely staff, Thankyou!
