   I have never had so many issues with a Mc Donald’s before as I have had with the Yate branch! You can’t win either way if you use uber or go direct to them then cannot fulfil orders! There is always something missing or an issue, I’m owed 2 refunds that have never appeared! One via uber eats and one via collection, it’s so painful to even speak to anyone so I have left it - AVOID

   Ordered a delivery through Uber eats. The order was missing several items, this isn’t the first time and every delivery I’ve made has been missing items. The staff seem incapable of fulfilling an order correctly. No skin off my back as I get the items refunded every time. If you want your full order I’d consider looking elsewhere as they clearly can’t put a couple of items in a bag correctly.

   Just went through the drive thru. Absolutely amazing service from the two lads at the windows. Very chatty, polite and friendly. Best drive thru experience from McDonald’s in my whole 52 years of living.

   Ordered McDonald's tonight as a treat for the family, ordered a large 5 chicken select meal, order turned up, opened the chicken select box, it actually had chicken select wrote on the box to find 10 mozzarella sticks in there and no chicken! Rang up to complain and McDonald's tells me it's a just eat problem, had to have a refund so everyone else had theirs and I didn't get to have anything to eat, really bad service, just felt dismissed by McDonald's! If I could rate no stars for the service I just received I would! Didn't even offer another meal even though I have picture evidence.

   I am convinced you only hire melts I get ur pay is bad but can’t you read I ordered a veggie delux with NO SANDWICH SAUCE and extra cheese Tell me why it comes with mayo??? (Mayo isn’t even an option to add) and NO cheese I think you guys need more training Everything else was good tho

   Now usually this place is alright as its quick and cheap, but for the last few times ordering my food from uber eats, I'm getting the wrong orders. I have then tried to get this fixed using the app and all I get is a refund, yes that's fine but now I haven't got the food/drink that i wanted. Would be nice to offer to re-send it out or something as that is the reason for me ordering in the first place.

   Had food delivered on 24/2/23 & all of the order was stone cold, McFlurry was half melted & totally missing chicken nuggets out of the chicken nuggets meal! Uber delivered & to be fair gave refund on the nugget meal & they came straight to us! Looking like McDonald's at fault here.... won't waste my money again with them as the last few times we've had issues!

   Went there because i heard the festive pies were back. At the end of the drive thru am told the pie will take a long time, and was offered a refund. If it's not quick and reliable then there really isn't much point going here

   Drive through forever causing problems havoc on the roads, they have just built an extra lane and it has done absolutely nothing to ease the problem… they need to do something about it as cars are driving on the wrong side of the roads to skip past the queue blocking the entrance. The food doesn’t always come out warm and a lot of the time they forget to put all your food in the bag… even if you go in the store it’s just as slow… definitely not the correct definition of fast food! On a good note, the staff are always friendly and helpful hence the 2 stars.

   Long lines always, staff are nice but its a shame they dont get support from management to help fix some problems. Eg, orderscreen filled with numbers so when your number it ready, it dissapears as the ready to collect part is full of old number ending up that my order is fished from the back stone cold after asking about them 10 numbers ago. Interesting way thay make a wrap.. Drive thru 9/10 times, forget sauces (paid for) and napkins Collection, store packed like sardines and barely anyone to talk to as they are all behind the wall only popping out to hand out an order and scurry back. Overall i think its poor management and worse upler management from headoffice. Such a busy store with such potential, head office refuses to fix issues, just tick boxes and number to them
