Delicious food, prompt service and a friendly staff. I always have a great takeaway here so keep going back. Loads of great dishes to choose from and everyone that I've tried has been mouth wateringly good...
The lady was very nice to me my caretaker and my pet rat and the food was the best thing I've eten since my brat of grandson trapped me in that nursing home so this was very refreshing and a wonderful day for just a regular british iranian citizen like myself if you find yourself in keynsham,bristol,bath,north east sommerset or any of the surrounding areas I would Highly recommend coming this place is a certified gem!
Would 100% recommend this place!! I recently had the pleasure of being served at Golden Fish Bar and I was served by a lovely waitress who was attentive, friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Food recommendations were spot on and her positive attitude really enhanced my dining experience. I highly recommend this waitress!
We have had 3 deliveries from here in the last couple of months and all have been early, delicious and hot. We paid an average price for this area and the food seems to be better than most others around here. The delivery people are polite and cheerful. Keep up the good work.
Great food, good selection of all sorts, fairly priced and family run business
Pick up or delivery options and a "go large" if you ask nicely I can't report on the fish chips sausage etc English stuff as I always buy from the Chinese menu. Helpful staff with great personality but don't get on the wrong side of the boss.i got scared when she raised her voice and I was sitting in my car 30 yards away!
The Golden Fish Bar is my immediate go to for a Chinese takeaway. The food is always cook fresh, the portions are good and the food is delicious. The staff are always friendly and efficient and the prices are reasonable in comparison to some others I’ve used. If you collect, they usually quote 10 - 15 minutes. If you request delivery, they usually state within 60 minutes and they’ve never let us down in either case. Recommendations? Crispy Chilli Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style, Crispy Lamb with Seaweed and Salt and Chilli Chicken are delicious.
Did a phone call order and was told 45min for collection. Arrived 5 min before time, food was ready but all meals were barley warm, very disappointed.
An excellent local Chinese. Golden Fish Bar is under new management so we decided to try it out, placing a fairly large order. The service was fantastic and quick. The only downside was the slight struggle to find a comprehensive menu without visiting in shop. Therefore I have attached photos of the full menu. I will be using Golden Fish Bar again and I highly recommend them to anyone around the Bristol area.
