   I was very disappointed with my experience today. The male staff member clearly needs proper training on handling customer interactions, as his attitude displayed complete disregard and arrogance. Basic courtesy was lacking throughout the exchange. To make matters worse, the Subway Melt I ordered was not properly toasted, reflecting a lack of attention to quality and care.

   Pleasantly Surprised Subway usually leaves me feeling less than stellar—a heavy meal sitting like a rock in my stomach, paired with a drab, often unclean restaurant experience. But this? This was different. Possibly the best Subway I’ve ever been to. The restaurant’s design and decor were a refreshing change from the usual dull, outdated look of others in Bristol Centre. It was also impressively clean and, despite being lunchtime, not overwhelmingly busy. The food itself was stunning. The sandwich artist crafted my footlong with precision—generously filled but not overloaded, achieving a perfect balance. Normally, Subway sandwiches are a messy ordeal, but not this time. The new cheese balls were a pleasant surprise as well—soft rather than rubbery, unlike McDonald's, with a unique blend of flavors. The cheese seemed to be mozzarella mixed with a darker variety, and the seasoning was bold but likely appealing to most palates. The view added to the experience—calm and reflective, a nice moment of pause in the middle of a workday. The only minor drawback? This location wasn’t participating in the "Buy One 6-Inch, Get One Free" deal. But with service this good, it hardly felt like a downside.

   Fantastic service. Google advertise they shut at 9pm. Arrived at 8.30pm. Shop is closed. Apparently they do close at 8pm Monday to Saturday. Lady running the shop could not apologise enough then continued to serve me. Amazing. Do yourself a favour and go here..... Not the blackhorse garage subway that so say is open 24hrs. It is the shell garage and budgrens only.

   Decided to grab a subway whilst out shopping today. The staff were very friendly and everything was spotlessly clean. I ordered 2 subs and a drink, brilliant value for money. The food was great and tasted freshly made. Would definitely recommend and return!

   Being a vegetarian I was pleased to find a great choice of fillings for my Sub. The meatless balls tasted great as was the meatless slices add cheese and salad. Filled me up. Quick service. Clean toilets. Plenty of parking.
