   Visited on Friday 5th Dec wasn't overly busy so got served quickly food was good & hot hence the 4 star but unfortunately the dirty toilets was an issue ,blood & dirt around the sanatary bin wet floor & generally not clean enough. The sign on the wall readsThese toilets are checked regularly by staff but any problems found please inform a member of staff,which I did the lady apologised & went into the toilet( putting on gloves)a couple of minutes came back out which I then thought she was going to get cleaning equipment to clean them up but no she went back behind the counter & continued to serve customers, Disappointed hygiene is so important especially in food establishments.

   Is this a sick joke? Just popped in with my children to grab a quick takaway on route home. Feel like I've been robbed. This is an adult wrap meal. Half full latte, barely a childrens portion of chips and a wrap that was simply appalling!

   So this is a Boneless Banquet £12.99 worth of food. It is described as mini fillet but what was provided was absolutely ridiculous. Disgusting that KFC Keynsham think this is appropriate to serve. Waste of my time and money. I thought KFC being a national chain would have expected minimum standards to meet before serving food? I welcome a conversation with a Keynsham’s KFC to discuss this further.

   The cashier was not paying attention to us when ordering, kept staring at his colleagues laughing, we ordered £85 worth of food, tried using my blue light card, and he was rude told me to download app, then said it will take to long better pay the bill out right. When I said thats ok I'll download, he said stand over there then, I need to serve others. This was for my mums birthday. We decided to go elsewhere. Never had this problem before.

   Food is consistently tasty and well cooked, but some staff in the drive thru particularly in the evening are a bit blase, seem to spend longer chatting than paying attention and this results in parts of the order being either missing or incorrect.

   Better quality KFC food than many. Branch is open until 11pm however drive-thru only between 10pm - 11pm which isn't very clear. Management a bit rude about this but regular staff polite enough

   Dont waste your time. This is the absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. Every time I’ve been there the food has been dry and greasy (if they get your order right). Inside the place is run down and unclean, the toilets are disgusting, they don't have a proper drinks machine so they pour your drink from bottles and the ordering screens never work. But today was the last straw. After being in the drive thru for 25 whole minutes, some guy came out with a sign saying CASH ONLY?! This place is an absolute joke! Went to mcdonalds, had my food within 10 minutes and there were more cars.

   A busy place and not especially 'fast food'. A bit disconcerting when the self service order points run out of receipt paper and you have to memorize your order number. Like many KFCs, the tables aren't wiped down often enough if staff are busy. I wish places would be more honest about this, and make spray and wipes readily available for customers to use. We don't mind helping out - would rather that, than sit amidst mess. But not a bad place overall, with friendly staff and reasonable on-site parking.
