Not very good anymore - seemingly something has changed behind the scenes as nothing seems as high end as it once was. Based on the restaurant experience, we won’t be booking here any more. Just to add; found a hair in the communal yoghurt bowl before anyone else had eaten from it. Ugh. Ok for an urgent evening meal after travelling all day but Winter Stream Farm, Aztec West Hotel or even Cribbs Causeway have better food without visiting town.

Very very friendly service from Emma and Oscar. Smiles on their faces, very attentive. Recommend eating here.

Good food and great service. The arancini were amazing. Not fancy but well done.

The Hotel is big and surrounded by a field. Spacious free car park! Friendly staff but the food is mediocre, average pub food style. Under a hot summer day 33c without air conditioning is hard to stay any longer

We had lunch at the grange today, Michaela was our waitress and was so helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The lunch was also great but a special thank you to Michaela for taking the time to make things as easy as possible during a difficult time for me and my mum.

What a great luxury hotel. The decor is amazing the staff were amazing and the food, oh the food was just devine! But out of the way for us but if we are ever in the area again we will be sure to visit

Disappointed with the food. The fish portion was very small and overcooked, as were the vegetables. The staff were really lovely and helpful. Also neither the pate nor puds were homemade. Could have bought them at any supermarket

My wife and I went to a Fawlty Towers Dinner. The food was excellent and the show was brilliant. We also made some new friends. Highly recommended.
