   We used to buy food frequently from here for years. Unfortunately things have gone down hill, there is no consistency. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it is rubbish. I am wondering if they need to reduce the numbers of items on the menu.

   Collected order after being told a 20-25 minute wait , turned up 10 minutes early and was the food was already waiting on the side . Took it home to dish up and everything was ice cold , the rice was rock hard and the curry dish was half full. Called them straight away to see if we could have a fresh order delivered but they said they could only send a driver with money but not any fresh food. Manager refused to speak to us as he was too busy and was told to call back tomorrow . Absolutely terrible service!!!!!!

   Ordered veg rice and requested can it be Masala fried like offer on noodles . Acknowledged but gave noodles instead of rice and that too before their closing hours, i trusted as always and may be genuine mistake hope it is …. .. not good. Nice guys nice experience so far but I cmsiggets please don’t try short cuts. Not big fan of noodles for me personally and waste of money.

   ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING Popped in for a small order this evening. Given order and reassured it was the right one as it didnt look right. Got home abd obviously the WRONG order. Had to go all the way back. The guy who served me was so rude. My order was then sat waiting in the kitchen and had gone stone cold. I didnt want the food and they refused to give me any refund. In total took me 45 minutes to get cold food

   Please can a Food safety officer visit this place , ordered chilli chicken and a soup ,firstly not as per the description on the menu, the dish soaked in dark old oil. Chicken deep fried smelled of the old oil. Could feel the oil in the mouth. I believe it is very concerning.had to bin the dishes.

   Great food, but they always insist on cash payment. Seems very strange in this day and age when cards are accepted "almost' everywhere. Difficult to order online, system always seem to be 'down'. Have yet to get home delivery as advertised.

   Always use this shop for Chinese. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is always hot & portions are generous. Would totally recommend. Just wanted to add, this restaurant has a delivery service which is excellent, always delivers on time & food is always hot.

   This takeaway is astonishingly awful. The food and the way the establishment is run honestly keeps me up at night. First of all, I know the staff get paid extremely poorly if they even get paid at all. The shop isn’t hygienic and needs an inspection. The curry sauce is lumpy and full of oil don’t even get me started on the sweet and sour sauce. The egg fried rice tastes stale and I can tell that it was left overs from the night before. The staff are incredibly rude especially over the phone and the manager who lives upstairs is god awful. I have never written a review for anything before but this place has made me feel as if I need to warn people before they waste their money.

   Their own website is considerably cheaper than just eat, but doesn’t work so I tried to ring them and order over the phone. I was told it’s too much effort to order over the phone and that I should just use one of the mobile apps.. I challenged the fact it was going to cost a lot more money, but they didn’t care. I was loyal to this business and used them regularly until today, I’ll spend my money at another business who can actually be bothered.

   What is happening to your takeaway? We lives nearby 10mins from your takeaway and ordered your food twice a month in the last 5 years Last few orders specifically the sweet and sour chicken balls the chickens were over cooked and dried, the sweet and sour source was so disgusting, it just like a red colour runny sauce with bitter taste on it, the king prawns were rock hard so dried. Your chef should taste it before sent them out to customers (us)
