   Ordered with Just Eat. Restaurant cancelled order as they did not like discount Just Eat were giving. Although they had my phone number, and I had orders many times before, they did not call, just cancelled the order and it was only when I saw a text message from Just Eat that I realised we have been waiting and wasting our time. We’re definitely not order from them again.

   DO NOT USE!! Ordered for delivery through Just Eat at 8:30pm and was given a delivery time of between 9:10-9:30pm. By 9:50 our order still hadn’t arrived. Tried calling them multiple times (17) but no answer. Food eventually arrived at 10:05 however the order was wrong and the food was cold. Tried to call the them again but still no answer. Ending up having to drive to the take away ourselves which completely defeats the point of paying for delivery. When we arrived and raised our complaint with the staff member he seemed completely disinterested and didn’t even offer an apology. Ended up cancelling our order and got a refund via Just Eat. Meanwhile there were multiple delivery bags with orders in still waiting to go out. After we left I called them again while outside and could hear the phone ringing inside and still no answer. Absolutely appalling service and will not order again.

   We have been ordering now for over 7 years as we are just up the road from them. Food quality has dropped and delivery times increased. They even forgot to close their online ordering when they were closed resulting having to visit to find they were closed. The final insult is their huge price increase to the entire menu, they are now more expensive than the 2 other Chinese takeaway 2 mins walk away. Sorry you have lost a long term customer.

   Poor cooking - all of the chicken raw! 2 members of the house got food poisoning and had an awful reaction! Luckily these where our starters, as we had to chuck the rest of the £50 order as we didn’t want to risk the chicken in the other 3 dishes. When ringing the kitchen they did not seem to care, put us on hold and could hear them all talking and shouting in the background. He said there is nothing we could do and put the phone down.
