Ordered food for collection, very little salad given in the sandwich and salad bowls. Selected sweetcorn in my foot long, got 6 pieces total.
Absolutely appalling going in with a happy face even polite all thought out I go to this store as I just finished work then the lady charged me for 3 things I didn’t have so waited for a refund nicely but because the manager couldn’t find my order on the till as I paid she then started going in on me for having my uniform on and said this would happen in your store as I come there all the time but I’m not at work so how can she say that? Would she say it if I didn’t have my uniform on? No so why would u say it to a loyal customer who’s never been rude to your staff before because you made a mistake you tried turning it on me
Standard Subway, bit stingy on sauces (had to ask for more). Couldn't understand everything the sandwich artist said and she got a bit annoyed at me
Rebecca, the sandwich artist is very good with her service and customer dealings. The way she place the order, prepare food and customer interaction is very pleasing. Managing the store alone in the morning is impressive. The ambience and the food is very good.
Staff need to be more aware about what gluten free actually means. I ordered a Gluten free sub and asked for their globes to be changed, I got a confused look but they obliged and changed. In the end I had to ask for the one lady to continue finishing my sub as they were both very new to the job from what I could tell.
In-store sandwich service is rapid, though it is a very popular spot so expect queues at peak times. Plenty of seating though needs more clean down attention. Could do with extra staff.
Went for an after swimming treat. Was surprised to see that there was only one small employee there. Surly there are health and safety rules about lone workers? Well they were fab. Friendly and efficient.
One of the best Subways I’ve ever been to. Fast friendly service, good stock of ingredients, young lad was generous with my toppings. Location was good and free, easy parking. Would go to this one again.

Rude customer service from a girl!! I asked her if I can redeem any thing from my points, she asked me to scan it and she didn't tell me if I can redeem or not. She aksed whether I am having footlong or 6inch sub. I told her i would like to have 6 inch sub. I think she didnt hear me properly because of mask, so in her rude voice she asked me the same thing again. I find her really rude, I am not upset because I didnt know if I can redeem something. Please bo polite and courteous to other customer thank you.
