Went to the drive thru and the server was super helpful, even filling up the young person I was supporting water bottle. Great service!
The girl who served me, Rhona was her name, dealt with a problem customer in front of me extremely well. She didn't get angry, she kept her cool.
Went in to get a coffee with my friend, the person serving us was nice enough and advised me on a student discount. However, the lady making the coffee was laughing in my face then threw it down on the counter without even saying anything to the point where I had to ask if it was my order - she then laughed in my face again? We came here for a nice study session and this just left a bad taste in our mouths. There was also a bloody tissue on the floor next to us? Wont be back.
Omg terrible service. Apart from young girl serving, the others were utterly miserable. Lady before me her order was mixed up resulting in both being held up. There was no apology from male staff to either of us. The staff were far from friendly/welcoming. Unfortunately, first visit and last.
I had a good cappuccino and it was fairly quiet. Perfect ambiance but the music ruined it... too loud and a bit erratic
Had the best coffee in here that I’ve ever had from starbucks. Got a recommendation from a guy working who’s name I didnt catch (Monday the 27th). Cant wait to go back again!
I stood at the counter while there was about 4 staff behind it..I know they were not standing about but surely one could be on the counter..then the drink only order was taken and she walked away..not one word to go to the other end to get your drink..you would not need to be a new customer...I didn't feel any sense of welcome at all
Had a coffee with my wife,coffee was really good ,but then a customer came in with a dog on a lead,it's not that I don't like dogs I love them ,but I think dogs should be kept out of cafes,resturants etc etc,only guide dogs should be allowed in to them,as I don't think the they should be allowed in where people eat and drink foid
Two lovely girls who served me today were so kind! I was having issues with my card so I paid for my cappuccino but asked for them to take out the porridge pot as I only had enough cash for the coffee but the kind lady chased me down at the car park and gave me the porridge pot for free. Was having a bad morning but the girls really made my day! Thank you again! Small acts of kindness and great coffee!
One wall of this particular Starbucks is glass so lets loads of light in which is important to me. The decor is bright and welcoming and the staff are very friendly but professional too. Both the coffee and the food are delicious if overpriced so going is not common but a treat!
