Shawarma is 10/10 , fried chicken rice box are beautiful, lovely people running it , they only take cash atm as small business and cost for card payments are hard for a small business but defo worth a try
Food is good but sadly I missed out on their shawarma which I found out in person is only available on Mondays and Fridays. Advice: please use your Google profile to communicate this to your prospective visitors as well as accurate opening times.
Update: The new ownership has changed nothing about this review. Still incredible food, all of the recipes were handed over. So happy this is carrying on for another generation! Just wanted to counter a couple of the recent negative reviews. This place is truly great for lunch if you're in Totterdown. The grilled chicken rice box and wraps are perfect. The marinade and dressings on the salad are just super great. Just feels high quality and healthy with care taken in each meal they serve up. Always a happy smile when being served, its just a great local lunch place. Nothing incredibly fancy, but just reliably excellent at what they serve and always cooked fresh in front of you. The only negative thing from me is how busy they are isn't entirely related to how many people are in the shop as they take quite a few phone and collect orders. I wouldn't begrudge them this business at all though! So if on a whim you pop in its quite variable how long you wait for food, but its always worth the wait for what they hand you over the counter!
One of the best food takeaway I have had everything on the menu. I have been there so many times staff are amazing and the food always is delicious the shawarma the fried chicken grilled chicken chips hummus chilli pizza everything is quality and very tasty . The shop is very small the menu is small but quality , Highly recommend !!

The worst “pita sandwich” I’ve ever ate. I asked and repeated few times NO ONION please and on the end got pita with onion in my salad. I am allergic to onion and had to threw whole salad from my sandwich and ate just dry pita with chicken. Don’t recommend this place.
Great great food. Sauces and salads are one of a kind. However lack of opening hours and certain foods being off menu most of the week makes this place inconsistent and for me it’s almost a waste time the amount of times I’ve turned up and it’s either closed or food has ran out. Potential is sky high. Just a shame there is no set system in place
