I was willing to get a refund after 20mins wait, lady at the counter said my order is ready if I want it, they just let orders sit there while others are served. Fries were nice and fresh but my cheeseburger...meat was dry and looked off so did pickles, very pale green in colour and tasted off. Also forget about lid for your drink.
Burger King Imperial has wonderful staff and great atmosphere, they have been able to complete several very large successful orders. The team work quickly and efficiently. Jade on the front desk was very helpful and management and people in the kitchen on the day were great as making sure orders were fulfilled.
Your order displayed ready stright away after you pay. Then you need to wait next to counter for LONG time. It was in preparing section for maybe 10 second. It was empty... 0 for service here. Nearly 20 min waiting and they dispatch other orders which are after me. I order only 2 cheeseburgers....
I honestly never review places, but from a safety point of view I have to. I come here semi regularly & haven’t had an issue with the food before today, but as I got my order I open it to see several flies, as soon as I get rid of the food the flies are gone. Make your own bet where that’s coming from. On top of that, shutting the restaurant 4 hours before your closing time is diabolical, it’s a complete disregard for guests who want to sit in, sadly I’ve had this issue a lot. They seem to section off the place from 6-7pm onward including the toilets, which if I’m correct is illegal, as someone who works in hospitality I’ve never shut my restaurant 4 hours early. I hope you can take this on board & improve. As far as the staff go I’ve seen people put some bad reviews, I’ve never had an issue there but standards need to be upped to at least a basic safety level.
Waited 22 minutes for burger and cheese chips. Then proceeded to be rude and unprofessional, can’t even take time out of their day to give service with a smile. Place was filthy tables were dirty. I asked for cheesy chips and I got this
You have to love the great deals in the app! I'm these days of inflation, Burger King is one of the best deals around!
Our family usually have a KFC and / or McDonald's take-away for collection from Hengrove Park. Our last KFC was disappointing with rather chewy chicken. We decided to try an alternative to our usual McDonald's (no complaints) and so went to try Burger King in Imperial Park. We ordered in advance using the BK app and had burgers with additional burger, cheese and bacon. Whilst a bit more expensive than MacDonalds the burgers were IMHO better, being somewhat more juicey than McD's. The drinks are serve yourself, and although we had to wait 5 - 10 mins for our order this was not really a problem. KFC need to reconsider any changes to their chicken. Perhaps cheaper cuts help pricing, but me & mine prefer quality even if the price needs to rise accordingly.
First in the que then promptly waited 25 minutes for my " Fast food" as watched the staff making loads of food and then serving 3 deliveroo people that turned up after me. When I finally got my food there were at least 15 other orders waiting. Rubbish waiting time and my burger was cold. But the chips were hot. Worst fast food service I have ever had!
Absolutely awful! Screens, drinks machine, floors, tables you name it, it was filthy!! The meal took 25 minutes to get. It was 2 hamburgers and 2 fries. The staff were so miserable and really had zero interest in the customers. My husband asked if the tables could be cleaned and the staff simply walked off and so we had to do it. You get an empty cup to try and fill whilst holding your tray of food. Really bad set up and it's the second occasion we've visited. Rubbish on both times. BK really let's itself down.
Ordered on the app and collected in 5 minutes. The food was nice and hot and there was plenty of seating. The sharing box side was delicious and they also do halloumi fries so will try those next time. I think they will have had teething problems during the first month of opening like most places, so I would say give them another go and don’t be put off by the negative reviews. This was one of the tastiest BK meals I’ve had, and I’ve had a few!
