We’ve been using this Chinese for many years, and they have never failed to deliver a great meal. The food is always prompt, piping hot, and the staff are always lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend them. A very unexpected Xmas present too, thank you xx

We have been loyal customers of Jade's for many years.Enjoyed the food most times,but for the 3rd time of ordering lately , the orders have took between 80 minutes and 120 minutes to be delivered ( after being told the orders would be within the hour ) . We usually order just after opening time , so expect a short time , as delivery does not start until 6 . Also the orders have been missing items despite them being on the order the delivery driver shows .So again , have to wait for items to be delivered . We give up ordering from here now . So if you expect your order to arrive within a reasonable time , and the order to be correct , I would order from elsewhere .

Well. What a disastrous experience. Ordered Teriyaki Chicken. Asked that there be no water chestnuts. They must have thought that I wanted extra Water. It was so disgusting, i can't really describe how bad it was! Should have been told to wear a wet suit whilst eating it. Tasted entirely of sugary water. My tray was swamped as soon as i emptied the contents onto the plate. So disappointed. Lady serving is always so lovely and i could not bear the thought of offending her, so did not return the offensive article. Never again!
Very disappointed with the food. The chips had been recooked and shrivelled up. Has onion gravy which tasted of fish and have left a bad taste in my mouth. Not good if anyone has a seafood allergy as they obviously cooked it in the same pot. I just hope I am not going to be ill tonight
I live nearby and when I pass by, many times I will see people queueing for this place, so I decided to give it a try and I don’t regret it. I am delighted that the taste was good and the portions were decent. The only thing I didnt like was that the chow mein had a smoky taste. But I will definitely order from them again.
