   SFC is halal which is always a good start, but the place itself is definitely on the run down side. You can tell straight away when you walk in. There is tape on the board covering up food items they do not do anymore and it just gives off that worn out feeling. The man behind the counter was actually really nice though. Polite and friendly which does make the experience a bit better. I ordered a classic double cheese burger and chips with garlic mayo and ketchup on the chips. Simple order. When I got home and opened everything I realised the classic double cheese burger was actually a smash burger. Not what I asked for but it is what it is. The funny thing is the smash burger was actually pretty good. The beef patties were juicy and tender so at least the taste made up for the mix up. The chips on the other hand were a sad state. As you can see in the picture there was barely any sauce on them. Just the tiniest drizzle. It looked like they were saving sauce like it was gold. Proper disappointing because I asked for garlic mayo and ketchup on top and got almost nothing. Overall even though they mixed up my burger it still tasted nice. The chips were pretty sad and the shop itself really needs some love. Service was good thanks to the man behind the counter but everything else feels tired.

   Honestly, based on the reviews, and to some extent my experience, it seems like these guys are struggling. It appears to be part of a chain, possibly, as there was a competition being run which seemed to involve other branches, but this isn't obvious from the outside or inside, otherwise. The guys there seemed a bit stressed. There appeared to be some confusion over who was supposed to be doing what and one man was extremely tired, indeed. I'm not surprised because they are open until 1am and if it's franchise run by a very small team, then that's a lot of work. But I'm speculating. The burger was actually really good. Maple chicken., It's a fantastic idea and worked really well. The chips were also very well cooked. It took a while to come, but the chips were made fresh and it was very late at night and they weren't busy. The decor is very utilitarian. It doesn't create a 'nice' a nice atmosphere, which is maybe a high expectation but it gives you a feel. Since the food was good, I'm happy over all.

   I’ve been eating here for 3 years now, have seen the management changes . I always order the below ones Whole peri peri chicken large fries Large Spicy rice The peri peri sauce which is served currently is the best out of the lot. I have to be honest as i had an issue once with an order where the chicken smelled bad. I explained the situation in google translate as they were not able to follow english fully But anyways they realised the mistake and ensured that best chicken is served ever since. The guy who takes order looks genuine and the food that they serve are fantastic too I order takeaway atleast once in a month. Great going guys and keep up the good work And ya parking is always a challenge so better park on the right side street and walk towards the shop

   Ordered on Uber eats. Always happy with the quality of the food and the portions, however it says on the app that it's a meal deal but you have to buy the chips and drink separately. That's annoying but its good food.

   We were the only people in the entire place and we were made to wait over 15 mins for our food. Really disappointed, staff didn’t look bothered at all and mostly stood still while we were waiting. The chicken burger was really tasteless too. Will not be coming back

   Honestly it coudnt get worse. 2+ hours of waiting, 6 phone calls, where I got made out to be an aHole, just to get this child's attempt at a chicken fillet wrap that cost just under £5. I had the driver lie saying he was outside when his satnav was announcing that he was not, hung up on for asking for them to call me when outside, told that the food was with an uber driver when there restaurant on uber eats specifically stated that there driver would be delivering it, and sent truly sub par food that I won't be eating because it is prepared with such lackluster care I don't want to.

   I ordered the special offer one on Deliveroo, which includes pizza, burgers, chip, chicken and rice, 2 halfs of spicy chicken, salad etc; I called and they tried to tell me there’s nothing they can do, eventually sent the right order out. Then their delivery driver couldn’t find the address and went back to the shop and refused to send food out again. Unprofessional and I will not be ordering again. Do NOT order if your address is hard to find as you will not receive your order and they will say there’s nothing they can do
