   Absolutely fuming at our experience at The Mall Cribbs Causeway tonight. We ordered at about 8:30. Our order number was 46 and at the counter they were only at number 14. The staff was in complete disarray, giving people the wrong orders and shouting at each other. After 10 minutes I asked how long it would be, as they were still only calling out orders 17-18. They said 15 minutes from ordering. We waited over 30 minutes. This was supposed to be a quick fast food meal. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for food, I'd have ordered at a proper restaurant. To make things worse, when they called my number I went to collect and realised they were only giving me one cup (it was 2 meals). I asked for another cup and the woman looked confused. I checked the bag and there was one meal. They'd given me someone else's order. So then I had to wait again for the correct one. It was missing the dips that I had paid for, so had to go back again to get these. And then after all that, the burgers were cold. It was also impossible to find a table because they were all filthy and covered with trash. The entire 30-40 minutes it took me to actually get the correct food, not a single table was cleared.

   wow went on a day out with the family to Cribbs and wanted to have a nice treat. the burgers were rapidly cooked and fries were piping hot and golden brown. such a great selection of drinks for all the family. ordering and service was a dream with the loveliest girl Olivia. she really deserves a pay rise. she gave us 10/10 treatment with a 10/10 smile.

   I came in to order my favourite burger steakhouse Angus, and I was delighted with the customer service. The staff were very friendly, and polite. It was a fairly quiet day so the atmosphere was very pleasant and comforting, and Ofcourse the food was freshly cooked which tasted really nice! I would definitely recommend coming to this Burger King! Because I definitely will!

   This is the best restaurant in the world. Food was so unreal that it honestly deserves a michelin star. Tasted literally like Gordon Ramsay made my burger and gave it a loving kiss before handing it into my undeserving hands. This restaurant is beyond fit for a king. Jesus Christ himself is just about worthy of dining here. About service, I had the pleasure of speaking to the most incredible human to ever walk God's green earth - Ed. Eduardo, the godsent saint, gave such wonderful service that I actually wondered if I had ascended to heaven and God himself was serving me my Double Big King Royale Meal.

   Never had an issue with this store but today omg. Orders being cleared off the board before people had their food. Our loaded bacon and cheese fries was more fat than bacon. Our XL bacon doubles were luke warm. One of the chaps there not sure if he was a manager but omg he needs a personality transplant or consider not doing a customer based role. The place was absolutely disgusting aswell. Tables with rubbish on and customers having to clear Tables to sit down even though they weren't that busy. Bins we over flowing and food all over the floor. I won't be returning to this one anytime soon.

   It's alright for a BK. Love the Coca-Cola Freestyle. Food quality good. Can get very busy. Overpriced like all Burger Kings unfortunately

   Beautiful ambience. Amazing Atmosphere, and you get to have an enchanting view of the city from the pinnacle of The Mall. I had six pieces of chicken nuggets, and it took a lot to refrain from ordering another six. Lol.

   Visited this Burger King as it was fully vegan for a short period of time, my partner and I were really excited. Love the idea of it being fully vegan, cannot complain about that at all. The menu looked okay, but nothing to rave about. I stood at the counter to ask a member of staff a question and got completely blanked, multiple times. The food was horrendous, my burger was genuinely burnt, I wish I took a photo, but unfortunately didn't. Everything was dry. The prices are quite high, and for that it was expected to receive good service and great food, and we received neither. The only positive I could say is that the place was extremely clean. A very disappointing visit.

   A company who’s famous for meat burgers has decided to only serve vegan food for 2 weeks? Wokeness gone mad yet again! Supply people with vegan choices if that’s what they want to eat don’t take any the meat all together!!
