Today I had Cod and chips and porrion of cheesy fries. I found a fly on the chips, notified to the shop owner and instead of being apologised he started interrogating me. Very bad experience and poor understanding of customer service. I won't recommend only for hygiene reasons.
Ordered food 2 hours ago. Had to call to follow up where delivery was, ordered on just eat to be told the order had gone out! How did this happen when who ever received it would need order number? Really disappointing, should have had a refund or voucher…. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. Poor service, never had problems previously.
Always used the star fish bar but the last 3 times we used them, fish was very greasy, and portion size of the chips has reduced. Will try somewhere else next time.
Used to always order from here, but the last couple of times of ordering online they have gotten it wrong, today was the latest time they got wrong and after calling them to tell them they have put either garlic mayo or mint sauce in the kebab they said they never, see the photo for yourself
Brilliant for the prices decent portions and always really busy which shows how good it is. A large chips is ample for 2 to 3 people!
Good value, quick, friendly, generous portions, tasty and hot - it kept all the way home. No wonder there was a queue going out the door the first time I stepped in there!
I think best chip shop in Bristol. Always busy .clean oil .Good value for money . Staff always happy even when busy and work really hard .we drive passed 3 chip shops just to go here .Great job
A really good chip shop. The best this side of Bristol. Portions are a really good size. Food is amazing and very tasty. It is good value for money, especially with the lunch box. There is social distancing measures in place.
