   I have been using Scotshirts for all my garment printing and embroidery since 1982. They have always delivered on time and I never use any other company because they simply beat all their competitors on price and quality. They are always on hand, due to their experience in the trade, to offer advice on which production method and design is the most appropriate.

   We would strongly advise against using ScotShirts. We are an amateur musical production raising money for charity. We wanted to use a local company to produce our merchandise for profit and promotion purposes. Throughout the entire process there was incredibly limited communication and it was unbelievably frustrating. We had stated four times the date we needed the merchandise by and at no point did the company indicate that this would not be possible. It is now 67 days past the date we requested the product be delivered by and we have yet to receive anything (and our production has long gone and passed). Many of our members, who have volunteered so much of their time for this production, are now out of country and cannot receive their merchandise. We are still unsure whether this company is genuine or if we have been scammed The company has also repeatedly ignored our multiple requests for a refund. Throughout the whole process we have been continuously ignored by Vicki Scott and on many occasions our queries have been left unanswered. I have attached a screenshot of our most current correspondences where we have been repeatedly ignored. The result of the company’s incompetence has resulted in us not reaching our marketing potential, therefore raising less money. We were also planning on selling some merchandise but as it had not arrived by the dates of our production this was not possible. Our experience with ScotShirts has been such a headache and we cannot emphasize enough how difficult this process has been and continues to be.

   Highly recommend! Louise and the team did an incredible job providing kit for the boys football trip. We were able to get a T-shirt, hoodie and bag all branded with the team logo and initials. The quality was fantastic and we were able to tweak the design to exactly how we wanted it. Great communication throughout and very easy process start to end. Will definitely be using again for the next trip!

   I have used this company’s merch for about 5 years now for different weekends away and sporting events for my kids. They’ve always been brilliant - with help with product selection, sizing advice and range of merch options amazing. I’ve always had the merch on time whether it’s been a bigger or smaller order, and the quality of both the goods (i have ordered t-shirts, vests, long sleeved tops, hoodies, hats and pyjamas!) and the printing always being excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending Scotshirts.

   Such a great company to deal with. I needed hoodies and t shirts for my son’s party really last minute due to a disaster with original plan and Louise and her team made everything possible and saved the day. The hoodies and t-shirts were such great quality and my son was able to choose from a huge array of designs. And the fact they were made and delivered in 24 hours was just amazing. Will definitely be using again in the future. Highly recommend!
