Food was good, Chicken carbonara which I ordered with salad & arrived with chips, and was quickly changed by the waitress Kelley. My husband had Chicken carbonara which he said was tasty. Service was friendly, they found enough room for my wheelchair. Not that cheap for 2 meals, 1 tea & 2 beers, but I knew it would be quick & we had a flight to catch an hour later.

Stopped off at Frankie & Benny's this morning, had a gluten free smashed avocado. Staff were really good with my allergy, reading the allergy ipad thing was abit annoying but everywhere does this now. Miguel was fantastic looked off his feet but still went the extra mile. Overall great experience will visit again next time I travel

Never have I experienced a restaurant that turns a quick bite before a flight into a full-blown saga. We ordered, sat down, and then… nothing. Forty-five minutes later, I asked where our food was. Their response? “It’s a full-service restaurant.” Excuse me? We are in an airport. We told them, “We have a flight to Sharm El Sheikh to catch.” Their response? They asked if we could pay before the food arrived. No, we cannot do that — we need the food first. When the food finally appeared, it was hurriedly shoved into takeaway boxes like we were criminals on the run. The garlic bread? No cheese. AND YES, I DID ASK. The Full English Breakfast? Featuring… one lonely, sad little bean. Just one. Sitting there like it was silently judging my life choices. We even left a note on the box: “You forgot the cheese — AND YES I DID ASK.” So there we were, sprinting to our gate, clutching boxes of disappointment, a cheeseless garlic bread, and a solitary bean, hoping we’d make it to Sharm El Sheikh before hunger-induced rage set in. Frankie & Benny’s, maybe next time, serve the food before your customers’ plane leaves — and maybe include the cheese while you’re at it.

Decided to eat here as the menu seemed good. Unfortunately I must have gotten a dud as the meal which costs essentially 25€ was dry, small and overcooked to say the least. I get the impression it was left over from a previous order and kept under the lamp until someone took it. If so, not cool. Even so, the portion was miserable as in the photo and bad value. I can't definitely say it's all food as my wife's salmon was quite nice apparently. As a positive, the server was nice and the BBQ sauce was quite good.

Waited outside for a table for around 25 minutes due to there only being one cook on shift so they were only serving 5 tables at a time. This would have been understandable if the waiting staff (who were mostly stood around chatting) had have offered any queue management, but instead just let others who turned up individually walk in and take a table. Once allowed in, I let the waiting staff know I have a gluten allergy and they told me they would bring a gluten free menu and take my order. I waited a further 20 minutes, at a table with filthy standard menus, without being given a gluten free menu or having drinks orders taken (again despite hugely reduced seating and attempts to get waiting staff's attention) before ordering on the app without having seen their gluten free options. I'm not sure if the app was playing up, but it didn't show any gluten free options except toast, so I was forced to build my own breakfast of a couple of pieces of bacon, toast and beans. The drink took a further 10 minutes and eventually I was brought out a few overcooked pieces of bacon and watery beans among with two cold pieces of gluten free toast. For the ripe old price of £13. My partner ordered pancakes and a drink. While the pancakes were nice. She didn't recieve her drink before we had to leave to catch her plane. Whilst sat, we also witnessed many other guests attempt to get waiting staff's attention, but fail due to (all bar one enthusiastic staff member attempting serving all tables) being busy chatting at the bar.

Two of us visited here for lunch. We were really Impressed with the gluten free menu. Considering it is within an airport there was also a good choice for vegetarians. We had the gluten free carbonara and a classic burger. The service was friendly and we were told if there was going to be a delay. The prices were higher than we were expecting but they were reasonable in comparison to other choices within the airport. Overall, we were very pleased and would go back if flying from Bristol again.

I can’t understand all the bad reviews about this place! We got here at about 11:15, and received our food at about 11:35. All the things we ordered were cooked well and tasted good, and the waitress who served us was very pleasant and made sure we were okay all the time. The food itself was well priced. I would recommend if you fancy something a bit more upmarket than a burger king.

Gluten free options! Airports can be a tough place to find a gluten free meal. I had a wonderful waitress explain the whole menu and point out all of the gluten free options and the dishes that could be modified. She was busy but took great care of notifying the kitchen that the order was for someone with coeliac. Thank you for the wonderful English Breakfast! #coeliac #celiac #glutenfree

2 waitresses on the floor. 1 was clueless and the other seemed to be 100 miles per hour picking up the slack. Next to the toilets in the airport and had an unpleasant smell from it. I did order extra chicken and bacon for my pizza as "extra toppings" which was £4. The waitress asked if I wanted her to take it back? Of course as it was quite overpriced. After I sent the waitress back I saw my pizza pop back up on the pass and then waited there for like 20 minutes before being passed around the place before reaching me again ... Half the items on the menu were not available including all the milkshakes ... Frankie and Bennie's with no shakes is an insult ... Appalling, just go to Burger King!
