   Chips, burnt they were awful. Chicken and mushroom pie, under cooked. Paid £14 for 2 bags of chips 2 curry sauce and 1 under cooked chicken and mushroom pie. We will never ever go back. Disgusting food.

   More great food just delivered and eaten. Never had a bad meal from here, whatever we order. Always arrives piping hot, friendly delivery drivers (hope they are getting a share of the tips paid online ). Fish and chips are great and 1 portion of chips is plenty to share. Curry sauce and mushy peas are great too. Also just had a shish and doner wrap and it was hot and really tasty. All the salad was fresh and crispy and again, huge portion. Would highly recommend.

   Cancelled just eat order with no explanation. A phone call would have been nice to have said why the order was cancelled. Really frustrating but the fact they cancel orders with no explanation says a lot about how they value their customers... Might be a perfectly reasonable explanation why they cancelled my order, but no contact from them at all quite frankly is appalling.

   Good food for the money. Average prices for the food they sell. The chips were really good and you get a good amount for the cost of a bag of chips. The shop is clean and tidy. Food is well presented. Staff were welcoming.

   If this is the best chips in Bristol as someone said then we obviously came on a bad day. Chips weren't great but we were hungry so began to eat them thinking oil must be old or something. When the sausages were cool enough to eat we found those were not at all good either especially the batter which tasted really unpleasant. When we spoke to the man behind the counter he basically said that no one else had complained so tough luck. We suggested some amount of refund might be in order but he basically couldn't care less. Haven't been there before and definitely won't be going back.
