Servers are always polite and attentive, not sure what the other reviews are on about. Food is always fresh, warm and tasty. Yet to have a bad meal from them.
Girls behind till to busy chatting to pay much attention. Food was average.
Generous portion sizes, especially of the proteins in the dishes. Not too greasy, and very flavoursome without being too salty. Visited this place on recommendation by my Aunty Janet, who is long time customer of this Chinese takeaway. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious!
If I could give zero I would. Absolutely shocking. Dry, tasteless food. Got our order wrong which we just ignored and hoped to just enjoy what we had been given but it was terrible. The rice taste as though it had been left out for days to shrivel up, so dry and chewy. Chicken chow Mein, the chicken was frozen pieces which seem to have been fried, burnt and dry/hard. Never again will we waste our money.
Great food, really delicious and hot. No grease in the pancake rolls, dry and crispy, not sloppy and wet. Normally chinese can be very salty but this wasn't salty at all. Very quick service. Haven't used The Great Wall in a long time but will certainly be using it again despite having to pick it up. Put the New Garden in the shade. Well done The Great Wall, keep it up

Update, thought I try this place again (being a Sunday it's the only place that's open for a Chinese and that caters for allergies) it would have improved. I had a special chew main nothing special about it was mostly packed with hugely sheets of bamboo shoots, noodles which they were stale one piece of meat each (pork beef chicken King prawns) it packed a punch with far to much ginger it went cold half way through disappointed again thats the last no more. I don't know if it's changed hands or what its not the same as it used to be.
Been coming here for years love the food top notch. Ready very quick however you have to know what to get some of the dishes are a bit meh. Crispy shredded beef, duck in ginger sauce and chow mein come highly recommended
We have had two meals from here now and both were really tasty. Full of flavour and hot. We drive from Long Ashton and it’s always piping hot when we come to tuck in. Highly recommend the chicken balls, house special chow main, crispy beef in peeking sauce and the prawn toast. Thankyou guys!
