Genuinely Lost count how many times iv drove here to this to find it all closed. Sometimes theres a note saying equipment failure (very unfortunate for it to happen this often) most of the time just lights off and no one home, If i am lucky enough that its open the staff dont seem pleased to be there.
I went to this subway and there was a thin lad with glassses serving about a week ago He was very rude and when he asked our family what we want , within about 2 seconds he said dont you want anything? Very rude and if it wasnt for my autistic son wanting a subway i would have left straight away Never seen such rudeness anywhere He asked if i wanted it toasted and when i turned to my wife he said loudly Toasted? Yes? No?
Guy who is the manager there is incredibly rude, Like the worst I have ever seen. And this place literally open when it can be bothered you’re lucky if it’s open twice a week !! I hope subway closes this location as it’s pointless and wastes people time with the flaky opening hours
WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I went from GY hotel to subway for food. when I went with my kids staff is rude. 1 lady does not do her job. she Is very rude in the job. she does not know how to customer service. we order food and took drink we found ANT in drink ( it was very serious matters , staff said throw drink and took bottle drink ) date - 26/08/2025 time around 11 am to 12:00 also we have kids and staff lock toilets. she is not. happy break is not fresh...rubbish subway ...avoid this store
Worst subway experience. There was just one guy working who probably didn't like his job. No smile or anything. Very rude and not helpful at all. Don't know why he is still working there when he has no interaction and communication skills. Very poor for subway standards.
Everything came stone cold had to reheat it all, wedges was totally inedible, wrong items delivered for what I paid definitely will not order again

i used to come here with my friends and it was pretty average. went today and when i pulled up, a male worker was staring at me from under the sign in their window. i felt a bit uncomfortable and went to message my friend to see what they wanted ordering. when i looked back up i saw him with his phone on the counter facing me behind his arm as if he was filming me and trying to hide it. he was staring at his screen for a while and after telling my friend about this i decided I'd go elsewhere for lunch. the staff were always ok, never stood out to me. but this made me so uncomfortable i can guarantee I won't be coming back. shame that all the locals hate this place really as it had such potential.
Food in shop is decent. But deliveries need a LOT of work. Latest delivery was late. Items were missing. Restaurant couldn't refund so had to resend. The missing items arrived with ingredients missing. Just ridiculous. Only giving 3 stars because the in shop experience is a bit better. 2 stars for delivery.
