Online 1 star. £6.99 for postage....suppose it's OK, but £6.99 for returns also!!! Because I bought with a gift card will have to pay another £6.99..so basically £21 for postage I'm paying!!!
Terrible management of a store. If you’re looking for designer clothes this is the last place you want to look, their policies are ridiculous and their recruitment must be shocking from what I’ve seen stepping foot in their shops. Wouldn’t even go as far as giving them one star. Although it seems this flannels in particular has the worse reputation, as other stores under this franchise weren’t too bad.
It has potential to be a good shop but it's like a jumble sale mixed styles and sizes all over the place no size tags on hangers or that so you spend half time tying to find tag for the size need probably will probably go back if have time to waste but deffo not good for a quick find.
I recently purchased a new jacket from flannels glasgow fort it was a great experience the staff were super helpful and friendly thanks to Simon .
Usually love this shop as we go to treat ourselves however today I visited, made a purchase then decided to go back to buy another item I had my eye on. Ticket price was £319 took to till and girl said £390. Told her to check ticket as it clearly had a price of £319. She spoke to her manager over her radio and explained the situation, manager then said full price is £390 but can offer 10% off. I walked out as i was not willing to pay this when it clearly said £319 and not my fault staff didn’t price items correctly. Absolute shambles and would have returned my item I bought earlier if I could actually get the money back… not a credit note. Really unhappy with the service I received today.

Staff appeared uninterested or unknowledgable. Wrong prices on display items. Had to show updated prices online. Also received email for gift voucher to have 20% off £500 but none available. Very disappointed especially when I was planning to spend heavily. Ended up buying nothing
I bought a bag They had to order another online as only display one. Looked used , tag inside the bag £570 was charged £615 plus’ postage , phones store today to be told the bag had gone up …. Training standard policy says this is not Legal . Bad bad service
I have posted 2 negative reviews in 6 weeks they’ve been deleted.. dirty stock used shoes with dirty soles and dirty laces on display obviously online returns as customer service is non existent when trying to return to store with receipts. I won’t be recommending footwear from here McQs cut my ankle and right shoe squeaks so loudly especially at 3.30am in airport. I’ve never experienced this with any other McQueens purchased from Cruise. Returns put out on display aren’t cleaned or reduced just put back on the shelves.. shop door handles and glass are disgustingly dirty and No sanitiser in dispensers either not a problem I carry my own thank goodness. Customer service is non existent just a link to follow up complaint but no reply and then delete your review. Avoid this store and go to a reputable retailer.
Very professional staff. For some reason the Swindon branch has a different security than the rest of the UK stores as I'm always told by security to leave my bags with them. I have never had an issue with this but seems somewhat strange to me and makes me feel a little less welcome. It's unlikely that I will return to this store due to this doorman/bouncer like policy but all in all friendly/professional staff who advise well on the latest trends etc
