   The worst customer service ever! Don’t even shop here at all, even the manager is rude! They really don’t care about customer service here, even when you come with a complaint they make it look as if you’re the one at fault.

   I.love love love river island.every item.ov chlothing I have belongs to this shop..under wear even.pjz and slippers .yes people say its a bit expensive but .I think.there prices are reasonable I mean look at mango.or selfridges or topshop.even.there a bit cheaper than.those branches plus they cime up trumps with there style as you can.tell ilove the shop.5 stars from me

   Not the best stocked River Island but good for a small unit. This is a favourite of my wives and we visit at least once every other week. Good for browsing, commercially aware and fashion savvy staff, nothing is to much trouble.

   Fabulous shopping experience in River Island today. One young man tidying up the sale rail as we were looking at some stuff, explained that there was an extra 20% off everything in the sale. When I was at the till the young lady serving told me what the new price of the things we were buying, while chatting we said we were going on holiday. Once the sale was completed she said to enjoy the holiday. What a refreshing experience as I often find shop assistants don't really care or listen. I'm not really a fan of R I but I'll shop there again.

   Staff continued talking away to each other while serving me and my Son today. No acknowledgement or anything no manners what so ever how they ever got the job I will never know. I work with the general public and I would have lost my job if I had treated customers like that in our shop.Its nice to be nice and manners don't cost anything.
