   Friendly staff. If you have purchased online then it is so easy to return the items to the shop. As long as you have your online receipt. The refund is usually back in your account within 24 to 48 hrs. Great selection of clothes in all sizes.

   I love the clothing, the only problem is that it's very expensive, so generally I can't afford to buy any of it. Most of staff are very keen to help because I'm severely disabled and use a power assisted wheelchair to get around even in the house.

   It's OK, standard fare for curvier ladies, with just enough nice pieces to make it more individual. Also stock pj's, footwear, lingerie, bags and menswear. A little pricey for some stock, and nice to see a shop catering mainly for large sizes. Good stuff!

   The management in this shop needs to learn to smile! And stop showing customers how much she hates her job!..(or how unhappy she is!).. I purposely Don't go in anymore.. I liked it for my hubby as he's 6ft.5 and they had a decent choice. But i just go on line now and order.
