Great range of stock and the quality of the items are great. Staff helped find items i'd seen online. Delighted all round!
Not many can match the quality and evergreen casual wear of Superdry.
Really friendly and helpful, didn't have the coat I wanted on the day but they picked out some similar styles to make sure I got the size right. Had to get some from the back, glad they went the extra mile otherwise I'd have ordered the wrong size.
The clothing from here is always good quality and stylish love the jackets.
I ordered a jacket but had issues with delivery to the store after Christmas (courier issue). The manager and staff were friendly, helpful and very patient with me enquiring about my online order over a couple of weeks. Unfortunately they didn't have the jacket in my size instore. A colleague offered to refund me (which was instant) and highlighted stock availability in the city centre. The only thing I'm not keen on instore is the volume of the music, when you're near the speakers it's too loud. Other than that, it's a great store!

Great quality clothes and very helpful staff
Excellent store. The fashion is up to each individual however all the items are great quality. They are sized rather small tho a large mans chest is never 40 inches. The range gets longer on the arms the larger you go in size so you might be faced with a trade off. The store is exceptionally run and latest technology will find the item even sale item your looking for in minutes due to the tracking system. Staff are exceptionally helpful and are more than happy to go out their way to help you. The items may be a bit about your average however they will last and do exactly what they should.
