   I bought a dress on January 24 on sale, it's a long viscosa bright green dress, I wore it a very few times so I didn't need to wash it till this summer 2025. I washed it by hand in cold water with detergent for delicate clothes. The result was water marks on the fabric and faded colour in general. I e-mailed customer services, they told me they could not help me because I didn't purchase the item online and I should go to the shop. I went to the shop and I explained the situation stating the date of the purchase; they asked me to come back with the dress, which I did. They told me that for damaged items they have a 6 months period policy. This was not mentioned previously by the online customer services team or the fisrt time I went to the shop enquiring. I e-mailed back the customer services asking for confirmaton about the 6 months period policy. They advised me to go back to the shop and speak to the manager, they didn't want to confirm about the policy as they said that it was at the shop criteria. When you buy an item in Fat Face, you think you are paying a bit more because of the better quality you are getting, whatever or not you buy on sale, sales should not be an oportunity to sell poor quality products. In adition, online customer services should provide advise on company's policies. Policies should not change depending of the shop. Decisions should not be made on the shop individual criteria. You buy Fat Face as a brand not because of one shop or the other and the service should be equal in all the shops and online, as you expect as a customer. Very disappointed of the quality of the product and the customer service both online and at the shop. No worth it to pay premium prices for poor or low quality products.    Always well stocked, and well looked after by an always friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended for a visit. The clothes are a bit more expensive but the quality is excellent and worth the price.

   I've used this shop several times in the past few weeks and the staff on every occasion have been fantastic; friendly, helpful and a credit to the company. Brilliant staff who look after their customers, even though I'm sure their job isn't always easy.

   The white lady at the counter is so rude to people of color. She was all smiles and friendly talk to the older white ladies, but never cracked a smile for me and another black lady shopping here. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.

   Terrible quality clothing at expensive prices. Bought a pair of trousers there several years ago for around £50 - wore them half a dozen times before they started fraying at the waist. About 4 months ago, I needed a top at the last minute and it was the only place open nearby. Paid £30, wore it a few times, then a hole appeared at the back near the top of collar. Absolutely terrible quality. Won't set foot in the place again.

   Every time I go there I get these bad feeling that I am not welcomed in the store. The staff behaves as if they are the owners of the shop and the customers are nobody. Once I went there to return a £14 cap and they asked me to show my drivers license to verify the signature - obvious prejudice for people of colour. Today, I asked a staff member if there will be a bigger selection of shoes online, she immediately replied you can't use the computer in the shop. I never asked for it. Will never go there again.

   Fatface Glasgow its a brand that lot people are into the store display is layed out well good choice garments both ladies and gents. Sells Trousers, Jackets, Shoes, boots, Shirts, menswear and ladieswear, Tops dresses, jackets, coats, scarfs and other ladies clothing. Clean tidy store great staff always helpfull worth a visit. image taken in Sept.
