   Very friendly staff. Slightly confusing booking card/membership options. Certain facilities need a bit of TLC e.g. squash courts are crumbling in places and the toilets are dated. But lovely new outdoor astro turf pitches and a huge free car park.

   We have met here every week for our track sessions for years but this winter we have been refused access because of football matches. For those of us who have a freedom membership there is no refund either. The odd session canceled due to the ice is one thing but in the last 8 weeks it's only been open to the public once.

   The music in both gyms is too loud and unnecessary considering that people use their own personal music tech. Impossible to have a conversation with personal trainers or other gym members if you have hearing problems.
