Travelled 5 miles for a pre-booked flu vaccination. Arrived 5 minutes early only to be told they had run out of vaccines. No attempt had been made to contact me. They then had the audacity to send me a cancellation advice minutes after leaving their premises. Will avoid in future.

She has not only got straight onto my doctor's surgery when I was struggling to get an appointment but also linked me up with a specialist when I desperately needed some help with a mystery foot condition.
