   This is the only chemist I've ever visited with friendly staff. They have back ground music playing to make the atmosphere feel more relaxed. ALL of the staff are friendly and upbeat and nothing is too much for them. Thank God for a chemist with people that aren't rude and miserable for once!!! Complete opposite to the other one in Croxley .

   Fantastic service - I used the pharmacy first route rather than trying to get a doctors appointment and within two hours of calling I had an appointment for a consultation and received the antibiotics needed!! Amazing! Such friendly and warm staff - thank you so much!

   Updating... still doing a great job! Speedy repeat prescriptions, with texts to tell you when they're ready to collect. And phone calls on the rare occasion when something's out of stock. Keep it up folks! Consistently excellent service from this new business; friendly, helpful, and highly efficient for repeat prescriptions. A refreshing change from the previous owners.

   Was asked on collecting my prescription if I wanted a flu jab. Which I accepted and was given a date & time. When I went in the week before to confirm my appointment I was told the booking book was lost and they were re-booking all appointments. I re-booked. On turning up for my appointment was then & only then asked if I had any medical condition. Then given some excuse about not asking about my medical condition when booking the appointment ( don’t forget I had to book twice because they lost their appointment book). I was then told I could have my jab in 2 days time? I lost my patience by then & told them they had wasted my time. I’ve now booked to have my flu & covid at the surgery! What a mess & waste of my time. Don’t offer a service if you can’t follow it through!

   This is a well-organised local pharmacy with a range of over the counter pharmaceutical products and a busy prescription service, mostly from the nearby doctors' surgery. Staff are friendly and service is often immediate and never takes too long.
