   Very disappointed. Not helpful at all. I was short for my mediction today.Couldn't realise earlier, So, asked the Surgery to approve my presciption same day but they told it can take 48 hours. The recptionist told me to ask my pharmacy if they can issue emergency medication for the time being. But when called the pharmacy, the lady told me we don't issue emergency medication, you call your surgery and ask them, I told her I already did this and thats my surgery told me to ask the pharmacy for emergency medicine. She said : they won't say that. I told her I am not lying. She said instead of arguing with me call your surgery. I am really disappointed, I am changing my pharmacy straight away.

   I have a covid vac booked which i no longer require so I've been held on line for 15 minutes. The music keeps pausing as if someone is going to answer but the music just starts again. Well, i tried now I'm just not going to turn up. While writing this message im still being ignored.

   Just want to say thank you for supporting me through my health especially the diagnosis of cancer last year, you make me laugh when you recognise my voice on the phone. I really appreciate my delivery driver too and having patience waiting for me whilst I hobble along lol. It's been a tough time for everyone lately but I appreciate you treating me with so much dignity, care and support, I just wanted to say that I value you and everything that you have done for me over the years, I know that the road ahead will be tough but I have support from kind folk like you.

   Avoid using! The main pharmacist here is exceptionally rude and unhelpful. They never seem to be fully stocked so I always have to go back to pick up the rest of my prescription. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for the prescription to be made up even if it has been sent in advance. Furthermore, my prescription is never saved under the right name despite the right name being on my prescription. Dreadful service - use Bridgewater Pharmacy instead - it's so much better.

   My GP sent my prescription to this pharmacy, and I found 2 lovely ladies who helped me with it. Moreover, as I was prescribed 2 weeks of antibiotics, the pharmacist realized that the GP might have missed to prescribe a stomach protector so I don't get pain from the antibiotics. She was kind enough to follow up herself directly with the GP and then called me to come to pick up the additional meds. I cannot say enough how considerate this was from her part and that her care and help restored my faith in people. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Thank you!

   9:45am not open due to staff sickness. They never have the medication I need. And now they haven't got the staff. The worst run and most unprofessional pharmacy in Watford. Overpriced and understaffed. You are better off visiting a proper Pharmacy elsewhere.
