The worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Just to make sure - not because of the staff - I can see that they work very hard. But the system they operate just doesn't work! People queue for a very long time. There's 5 staff members working in the background, usually noone at the front. There's no coordination for people who might wait for prescription or those who came to buy something at the counter. I am heavily pregnant and I was standing there in one day twice in the queue waiting a) to check if my prescription is there b) to then pick up preperated order. This is just outrageous. There should be someone at the front to coordinate that. And also operation at the back has to be improved.

They often don't answer the phone, the ringtone is switched off, so it's vibrate only.I know this because i rang as i entered the pharmacy. When I pointed out that this is unfair to elderly and infirm people who have to call in person in all weathers to find out if their prescription is ready the response from the male staff member who's about 5ft four inch tall, bald head, was that I didn't pay for my prescription so shouldn't complain .I advise go elsewhere if at all possible. If I could give zero stars I would

The guy behind the counter was rude and wouldn't issue me a pump for my asmha. Avoid using this service like the plague. I went to Boots afterwards and was able to get one. I have reported this to the GPcH

Like to give them 0 stars. They are rude, arrogant , lazy and obnoxious they have no skill or medical experience on how to speak to people on the phone an face to face which they don't seem to care about the implications an effects it has on them an that's all of the staff inc the manager, they don't care about people's health or safety at all. It's a risk an unsafe practice that shouldn't even be open to the public

Absolutely useless, they pick up the phone and then put it straight back down again, they are rude, arrogant and obnoxious all of the staff inc the manager, they don't care about people's health or safety at all. I require a repeat dispensing prescription of which they lose, can't find or simply don't think is necessary to my health, and if I don't take I could have a siezier and possibly die but they have no respect or care in the world. AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS, INC SURGERY as prescriptions never passed on and communication between surgery and chemist doesn't exist. I've never had such TERRIBLE SERVICE with anything else in my life seriously . WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We require regular prescriptions repeated every two months ... two of the drugs my husband needs must not be stopped suddenly ... yet they are rarely in stock ... and have to be ordered in As usual ... two weeks ago ... repeat prescription was sent electronically to this Pharmacy ... as usual ... they did not have sufficient stock of required medication ... my husband returned to this Pharmacy this morning with the provided paperwork stating his prescribed medication was owed to him ... not only to be told the Pharmacy does not have it .., but they cant get the drugs today and only maybe tomorrow ... and then asked if he was sure either he or I hadnβt collected the medication and forgotten ... no we didnβt! If either of these two drugs is stopped suddenly ... the patient is at risk of multiple seizures and death Bridgewater Pharmacy would do nothing to assist this morning leaving us with no alternative to returning to our GP to get another prescription and go elsewhere to obtain the now urgently required medication Additionally, I have previously gone to collect my regularly prescribed medication ... to be told that they have not received my prescriptions from my GP ... with all the issues this brings with it Two months later ... said drugs were produced ... with the Staff asking me if I wanted them as theyβd been at the back of shop and I hadnβt collected them My Vet provides better and more importantly safer practice for my cats
