   I've been with Prestwick pharmacy for .many year's now and they are always so friendly, so attentive and nothing is too much trouble ... The team are amazing and always have time for a chat...The pharmacist is not only professional, he too, will always greet you with a smile and is also very helpful when explaining medication.... They are all very hard working and a fantastic team....

   Used to love this pharmacy until they made a mistake and blamed it on the customer. They made me go 3 times to collect one prescription. Was dispensed the wrong medication after I clearly stated what it was I was picking up and showed them the prescription. When i challenged them, they told me it was my fault. They lost a loyal customer who previously gave them top reviews and bought lots from them, all for not admiting to their mistake and charging me for medication I didn't want or need.

   Picked up the mother in laws medication from here and spoke to them on the phone the day before and both times they had a very cheerful attitude towards me. When going into the pharmacy I was greeted with a hello how can I help you and then dealt with receiving the medication very quickly. Really good service.
