Started using this pharmacy a few months ago and I've been very impressed. On one of my first visits, they offered to check my blood pressure - which has never happened to me in a pharmacy before. They have a great team of staff who are friendly and super-helpful at dealing with queries. Although this isn't the closest pharmacy to where I live, I'm happy to travel further for the great customer service they provide.
I normally get Dosset boxes for my medication but, I was told ft Taylor delivered to me my medication, but I have never asked them to deliver and hence I'm now changing to pill time who will post the medication to me, I do not appreciate being lied to about my medication.. I do not rate this company at all and would say avoid them or go mainstream pharmacy...
Always extremely welcoming, kind, friendly, happy, helpful! I cannot express how amazing all of the staff is. It is also a beautiful shop inside, very updated, clean and well stocked with some great deals

Great staff, been absolutely incredible dealing with my many medicine requests. Always very knowledgeable about the medicines which helps a lot when you are using them for the first time. Extremely understanding when my challenging GP sends the wrong prescription.

They don’t let you to read what’s it’s writing on medicine… I ask them to read what is says on.they said no you can only read it when she hold medicine in her hand.. They may think I will still the medicine £1.99
Imagine my surprise when I got a call couple of weeks after starting new treatment just to ask how things were going. This is the level of service you can expect from this pharmacy. The staff is always happy to help and reassure. I have never seen this kind of patient/customers engagement from any other place. Highly recommended
