Michelle unbelievably rude - even though I've said my surname to her I guess 20 times in the last couple of years (and my parents have been saying the surname to her for maybe 10 to 20 years on a very regular basis) she pronounces it completely incorrectly, basically saying a completely different name. I asked her why she says it like that and she made the excuse that it's her accent except the issue with that is that she's got a purely southern accent which would lead her to say it pretty much correctly even if she was reading it as it is spelt. The most unacceptable thing is when I SAY my name to her and she repeats it back to me in a COMPLETELY different way. It would have to be spelt Mewrarnt to say it how she does...would she say mum as mewm? Would she say ant as aunt? Of course not. Presumably she doesn't have the common courtesy to know that whether you agree with how someone says their name or not you say it how they say it. Plus she's at work in a customer facing job and arguing with a customer over their name - not sure you can get any more unprofessional than that. Nobody else in the pharmacy or anywhere else gets it wrong, especially after it's been said to them. She's clearly stubborn and also presumably finds it amusing or gets some little power trip out of saying someone's name back to them in a belittling way. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area to go to in the area if necessary where you get spoken to with decency at all times.
I think this pharmacy is fantastic. Much better than my old one, Lloyds in sainsbury's. Usually, repeat prescriptions are ordered from GP and dispensed all on the same day, maybe next day. If you take a prescription in, they dispense within a couple of mins (assuming there is stock). The pharmacists are extremely helpful. I can't rate them highly enough.

Couldn't get hold of my GP so walked around to this chemist , Pharmacy was really helpful and shop had everything i needed . Ive now signed up with Park for my prescriptions
Absolutely amazing staff, polite and helpful, always go above and beyond. Had an issue just before xmas and problems with my doctors surgery, but harri was absolutely fantastic and was able to solve a stressful situation. Can not thank him enough. Brilliant staff, Brilliant phamacy. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend. They have gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure my children's prescriptions are ready and available when needed. The only pharmacy I will use.

I have only recently moved from Lloyds to Park Pharmacy and they always do their best to make sure all my prescriptions for my family are there when required. They liaise with the surgeries being, even though that can be challenging at times, but they always try and resolve any problems in a efficient and timely manner. You guys are amazing Thanx guys
