#BoycottNewLook-Silverburn Worst than third world experience of getting duped by shopkeeper. And the lady manager working on 11-Aug 8.50 pm at Silver burn store - appeared to be racially discriminating customer too. She wonβt give her first name as she knew her complaint was about to be raised. Before buying - they wonβt tell you that sale items can only be exchanged. Once paid for - their manager wouldnβt refund even if itβs within minutes of purchasing the items. No rational discussion. And the lady manager is more interested in showing off her power rather than resolving the issue. Whilst behaving softly - she was smirking and enjoying being in position of power New look- I request you to watch the video of full interaction from ur security cameras.

My visit was an amazing one due to an exceptional assistant called Cara. I really have never had such great service in a clothes store before. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with great efficiency but also warmth and friendliness. Working in retail must be very difficult some days I'm sure, but Cara makes it look easy and effortless. Thank you again.

Saw a coat online, went in to see the coat before purchasing. Was not disppointed, came out with a rain jacket, winter coat, a hoodie and a black top. Aap wasn't working but the girl at the checkout still gave me 10% of my bill.

This was a mistake with the stars. I asked at the counter to use my blue light card and was told yes. When the discount did not come off the manageress was very rude telling me that my card canβt be used with apricot. This should have been explained earlier and she spoke to me as if I was trying to steal the the item I am so angry and embarrassed

staff was very inconsiderate, the person at the till was talking to another employeee and I was the only person standing in the line with only one item, then the other employee walked away and I went forward to the till girl but she said sheβs dealing a customer (which was actually the other employee) I was in a hurry, and got so frustrated I put the items down and walked out. Never stepping foot in there again.

Honestly one of the worst stores for service I've ever been to. Queue was at least 15 people deep, two of the girls serving were doing a great job (ginger haired girl and blonde girl with hand tattoos) two other girls at the desk were too concerned with other tasks which, in my opinion, shouldn't have been a priority at that time when there were so many customers waiting. One customer skipped the queue to ask the girl who was busy sorting stock if she could get a refund which she processed right away!!! So it wasn't the case that the girl wasn't till trained, she was clearly very able. Just chose to ignore the queue. Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service this afternoon. The cashier was superb, very helpful with query re gift cards. Think her name was Jessica. Super bright shop with wide range of clothes.
