   I am very disappointed with my experience at Mango Pharmacy. I was only given half of my prescription, and then had to wait more than a month for the remaining medication. During this time, I received no update or communication at all, despite the long delay. I understand that shortages can happen, but I believe patients should be kept informed, especially when it concerns prescribed medication. Being left waiting for weeks without any explanation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Staff were polite, but the lack of communication and follow-up was not acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in the service.I am going to change to another pharmacy for sure .

   This has been my pharmacy for as long as I can remember. The staff are always incredibly polite. They’re great for my prescriptions and I’ve received needed medical advice before when advised I needed a GP, where I was able to receive antibiotics. The most memorable member of staff, for me, is the tall gentleman. He is always incredibly professional and helpful. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

   After getting the runaround at Tesco and several other local pharmacies I tried Mango and found them professional and very helpful. The shop is also clean and well laid out. I was really impressed, will come here for all my prescriptions from now on!
