   Great pharmacy, open late and always helpful, does get busy but it's in Sainsbury's so you can do your shopping while you wait. Only problem is they take ages to answer the phone.

   Lloyds Pharmacy in Sainsburys South Ruislip. It is a small pharmacy but very busy. Whenever I have gone into the pharmacy the staff have always been friendly, polite and helpful in dealing with my prescription requests and have clearly explained what the medication is for and how best to take it.

   I can not believe this is a pharmacy. The staff is useless. Didn't know how to do a private prescription after keeping Ng me waitting for 38 minutes!!!! I only went because it was open until late. My local one did it this morning under 5 minutes.... Never again.

   Very helpful pharmacists. They were there near closing time and were extremely kind and helpful in discussing a medication need, even double checking whether a suggested treatment was appropriate. Appreciative of the thoroughness.

   Never answer the phone. Never. Went through Sainsburys, got to pharmacy they put me on hold indefinitely. Gave me my medication without the dosage written on it. Had to go there in person to clear it up only to be told dosage wasn't down to them to put on the box but the GP? So they're dispensing Thyroxine (a serious drug) without a dosage on the box. Caused delay that could have had my surgery cancelled.

   There is a reason why this pharmacy has 2 star reviews! This place is a disgrace! The staff are the worst, most rudest and incompetent people I have ever met. They don't listen to what you are saying and are just terrible. These people are not fit enough to do their jobs. They should maybe learn from the Sainsbury's in-store staff on how to behave and provide good customer service. The girl with small stature and above average build is terrible. So is the girl with glasses who appears to be a manager. Simple requests with some customer service seems beyond them. Far better pharmacies out there. Avoid this place like the plague! I'm absolutely disgusted with how I was treated today.

   The people behind the counter are quite friendly, but good luck trying to talk to someone over the phone. Ringing forever. Wait times have never been too bad, get some groceries while you wait, no problem. But some of the staff don't know what they talk about, bless their heart, I was asked if an Epi Pen was for diabetes, that's not very good. Then i asked if they come in a pack of two and was told yes, but it was a pack of one.
